This newly remodeled, spacious three bedroom, 2.5 bath home, located 2.5 miles from exit 16 on I-24 . The house is furnished to accommodate eight. (4 queen beds) The back yard has plenty of grass for yard games. A charcoal grill and outdoor furniture available. The home is beautiful, and immaculately maintained. The property is between Paducah and the lakes. It’s fifteen minutes to the downtown , riverfront and massive murals. Fifteen minutes from the mall, or to Kentucky and Barkley lakes.

Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.
