Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Nice, clean, pet friendly, place to stay that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both Kentucky Dam & Barkley Dam, and 25 minutes from Paducah KY. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome, plenty of parking and space to turn around to accommodate boat trailers. Conveniently located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31.

This studio apartment was perfect for an overnight stay. The description on Airbnb was accurate, we loved the lake inspired theme and the bed was comfortable. The location was great with little to no noise, the pizza shop (next door) was closed and we did not hear any noise from the tattoo shop above the apartment. We would recommend this place to anyone needed a safe place to stay overnight. Bonus it’s pet friendly!

me and my brother had a great stay, we both loved the mansion. Tony and family were very helpful and polite. food was also very good. would recommend if you want something different and not a chain hotel.

The kitchen area features light wood cabinetry, a white refrigerator, and a stove with an oven. A stainless steel sink with a tiled backsplash is positioned beside the countertop. Decorative wall signs with various affirmations add a touch of character to the space.

This was a great stay after our booked AirBnB ended up having a problem that made it to where we couldn’t stay. Our host was responsive and helpful with everything we needed. The place was so cute and location gorgeous!

A spacious garage equipped with ample shelving and storage units. A workbench runs along one side, while a charcoal grill is positioned on the floor. Overhead lighting ensures a well-lit environment, complementing the concrete flooring and wooden walls.

A home away from home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was some issues with Wi-Fi, but the host was able to help us out. The place is very clean and is well worth the price we booked it for. We stayed here and explored Shwnee National Forest. Garden of the Gods and Jackson falls were amazing.

Jeff's place is amazing. We needed a quiet weekend and the RV was perfect for us. It was very roomy and the bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was there, towels, extra pillows, dishes. The recliners were super comfy. The fire pit with the chairs was great to have coffee in the morning and enjoy the quiet with view of the lake. Walmart and Krogers are nearby and also restaurants and fast food places. Downtown Paducah has a cute area to walk around and its 10 min car ride. We would definitely come back to Jeffs RV

Lovely, peaceful place to stay. The only sound was the river, the occasional barge, and the birds. The homes were very charming too. Jessica was great to deal with and gave all the info i needed for the stay. A great place if you want to relax and want to watch the river go by.
