Beautiful place to stay, they’re a nice and friendly family! They gave us a lot of tips about what to do and what to see! Very good breakfast! Great location, you can reach everything you need in just 5 mins by car! Perfect! Highly recommend!!

Frank is proactive and sends out clear information beforehand along with the pictures of the accommodation being accurate. The only thing that was less good was the AC which despite being on all night only got the temperature down to 25 degrees.

Yannick and her husband welcomed us in the best possible way. Their house is fantastic and our tree house in their garden was very cosy. We felt like at home, they were lovely with us. breakfast was delicious. I strongly reccomend to stay at their place. you will live an unforgettable experience!

Paradise! This apartment was stunning, literally open up the glass doors, walk across the grass and put your feet in the ocean. Great kitchen complete with coffee pod machine, dishwasher, washing machine and all required kitchen utensils. Air con and ceiling fans in every room. Nice clean bathrooms. Plenty of space. Netflix, youtube etc on TV Access to swimming pool and sun loungers Allocated parking space Security gates and security staff. Walking distance to public beach with food trucks, restaurants etc. 5 minutes drive to Cascavelle supermarket Wished we had stayed here for our whole time in Mauritius!!

Good value for the price

The accommodation is true to the photos! The place is beautiful, just steps to the beach. Spacious accommodation, good communication throughout the stay. Bedding is good, kitchen is functional, pool is spacious, staff are very friendly. Secure parking and close to the large hotels in the area! We recommend!

Gaetan and Marie Claire welcomed us like family. They were very helpful in resolving some car issues. Every morning and evening Gaetan came to greet us and make sure everything was okay for us. The place was perfect for my daughter (4 years old) and me. Very clean, it was very well-equipped. The pool and private dining/relaxation area is a great plus on returning from an excursion. I recommend it.

Pascale and Fabrice welcomed us warmly to their guest house. They took care of finding us taxis from the airport as well as renting the car. Finally, they showed us all the good little places in Tamarin (which we all tested!). Throughout our stay we had breakfast served with flowers. Not only to be friendly, Pascale and Fabrice were very attentive and adapted to our needs. The family has a lovely dog who keeps the house rigorously, will be waiting for you in the evening if you come home late and make sure you are well! During our sightseeing across the island, Tamarin was a good home with pampering restaurants (the Bonne Chute, for Mauritian cuisine and La Cosa Nostra which offers excellent pizzas) and a supermarket for cooking at home. The beach is only a 20-minute walk away. I can only recommend again and again!

It was a pleasure staying at Happy Days for our last days in Mauritius. We felt very welcomed by Sabrina and Jean-Pierre - they had many recommendations for us, helped whereever they could and we loved the nice conversations together (where we laughed a lot!). We also enjoyed the good food of Gregory! Happy days is an authentic guesthouse and for sure you will feel like staying at a beloved home with friends when arriving. Thanks for this experience!
