spacious (120m2) down-town loft on the top-floor of a classic 'maison de maître', right in center of Brussels city. The main sleeping space (with king-size bed) and the main bathroom are up on the 35m2 mezzanin, while the living room and open kitchen, as well as second smaller bathroom are downstairs (85m2). The place is right off the 'Place de Brouckère', so just off the pedestrian zone and close to the usual suspects (grand place, 'manneke pis' etc.), as well as restaurants, theaters etc....

It is a 130m2 luminous beautiful loft. It has windows all around and there's a 60m2 garden south orientated, so always sun. I really love my house, so please be kind to it and treat it as it was yours- very important: it is my house- a house where i live in everyday, so it is not perfect. please don't book if you are looking for perfection!! it is an artistic house. it is warm and comfortable and inspiring but NOT perfect. only book it you agree with these conditions. welcome !!!

As a result, the impressive living room is full of light, with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, no vis-a-vis and a beautiful view on a patio garden full of trees. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, the bathroom luxurious. There is a security camera at the entrance of the house and will be disconnected at your arrival.
