Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Grand Manan Island

We had a great stay - two adults and two teenage girls. Very spacious! Close to many beautiful attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Cozy old home. We were very close to the ferry to Deer Island and went whale watching from there. Also a short drive to St George and a little further to St Andrew’s. Lovely part of the province! Thanks!

The house was better than what it looked on the photos. It’s the best location on White Head since it is beside a very nice sandy beach. There’s another even more beautiful sand beach within 20 minutes walk (not accessible by road) where we spent a lot of time. The house is fully equipped and we liked the fact that it was still full of the presence of the family that inhabited it. It felt warm and comfortable. It’s obvious that the owner is working on the place to make it even better. There are new washer/dryer, new windows and porch, etc. We had wonderful weather and we were always amazed by the coming in and out of the foggy clouds on the island. The landscape was very interesting to watch, with birds and seals, rocks, shells and urchins. Vaneessa was always available for any questions or help.

The place was very comfortable and the entire family enjoyed relaxing in the house and on the deck. They also had lots of fun kayaking, swimming and fishing at the lake. Candice is a superb host. Very quick to respond if you have questions. It was such a pleasure staying at her place.

David & Heather’s place was excellent for our family gathering. The house is very clean and well appointed. Location was very close to town, an easy walk away. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location - you can walk to restaurants, beaches, hiking trails and gift shops! There is tons to do. We felt right at home and it was very clean. We had everything we needed and more for our stay.

This was our second time staying at Doug and Gail’s place. It felt like coming home. We’re already excited for our stay next year. 🥰

Dana’s place was a wonderful stay for my sister and mother and I. It was exactly as described and so charming. The view of the bay was stunning and an easy, short walk. The decks to sit on and enjoy the scenery were great. The bedrooms were nice with great views and the beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. When we return to Lubec we would gladly stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We came up for a friend’s wedding and loved the area so much we are already talking about coming back next year. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot for a girls weekend!! We loved the hot tub and the heated pool, the deck was spacious with lots of seating areas for everyone. The privacy was great and there was even a fenced yard for my pup. The beds were all very comfortable and everything was well stocked. The place was overall very homey and we had a fantastic time!!

We booked this space for my parents from South Africa and they had a delightful stay at Eastport. The hospitality from our host,Janet, enhanced our experience. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and we could not wish for a more attentative host. The unit was pristine clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Janet- thank you for taking care of us in the way you did.

We loved our long weekend at the quirky, cozy, and efficient Bayside Baby - only a ten minute drive to St. Andrews. The bed in the loft was extremely comfortable. There was ample hot water and ample chilled drinking water from a filtering machine. Strong Wifi. Cute bunnies hopping around the property. So sweet of Elspeth to write a welcome message to us on the chalkboard, and she was kind and flexible with us when we needed to make a change to our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Jackie’s for our first trip to Canada and couldn’t have had a better experience! It is in a great location and we were easily able to walk to nearly all St. Andrews has to offer.

Greg’s loft in Eastport was beautiful! Emaculate and spacious. Located right next to restaurants and shops. With a brewery right across the street! Which made it very convenient for being there for a pirate fest! lol

Karen and Dave’s place was even better in person than in the photos! The decor was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and it was inconvenient that each bedroom had its own dedicated bathroom. The location was perfect, very walkable. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing as well with a great view from the living room!

What a wonderful little house! So easy to access. It's walking distance to the main drag so you can easily get around. It was extremely quiet. Everything was in good order, very clean and tidy. Marybeth had wonderful little personal touches that I really appreciated. Like ramen and Bevita cookies. Some soft drinks in the fridge. Coffee on hand. What a delightful little town and and what perfect space.

Our stay at Rob and Thor's place was PERFECT. This was our fifth trip to St. Andrews for Thanksgiving and normally we stay at the resort but we wanted to change it up a bit and I am so glad we did! The house is very private and on a beautiful property. For us, it was in the perfect location for the amount of walking we like to do. We could easily walk into town, walk the trails and visit the gardens. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to prepare a modest Thanksgiving dinner for the eight of us. Lots of prep space and cookware and knives that were actually sharp :-D We made good use of the kitchen, dining and living room spaces. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked, and there were lots and lots of towels, facecloths and hand towels. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for clothing and there were extra blankets for chilly nights. All in all, an absolutely wonderful stay! We will definitely book again :-)

Susan is, first of all, an absolutely wonderful person and so incredibly sweet and helpful. But we had an absolutely beautiful stay at Bear Beach. The private beach was stunning and so peaceful—we loved leaving the door open at night just to listen to the ocean. The wildlife, from birds to the occasional seal, made it even more magical. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the house itself was immaculate and super comfortable. Our dogs were in heaven, too! They cried for like 10 miles as we drove away. And in we’re being honest, we felt the same. :) We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Thank you, Susan!
