House vacation rentals in Grancona

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt!! Serge (Co-Gastgeber) war stets gut erreichbar, hat uns alles bestens erklärt, das Haus, ein alter renovierter Bauernhof aus der Gegend, war genial schön und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und wir alle (8 Personen) haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und drei wunderschöne Tage im Landesinnern am Gardasee verbracht. Wij zijn hier 10 dagen gebleven met onze dochter van 1 jaar. Fabio heeft voor ons een bedje geregeld voor onze dochter. Heel tevreden van het appartement, komt volledig overeen met de beschrijving van Fabio. De communicatie verliep heel vlotjes, Fabio is heel reactief. Rustige buurt en buren. Bakker op 50 meter afstand. Ideale ligging om het Gardameer te ontdekken.

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

10/10 stay! Absolutely beautiful property. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the yard for our dogs. The amenities of sauna and pool were fantastic. The interior of the apartment was spotless and well-decorated. The house was on a very private road with no through traffic, however, it was immediately located near major roads and restaurants, making it extremely convenient! The hosts were so kind and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einem auch Privatsphäre geben. Saubere Unterkunft. Pool ist super schön und sauber der Garten als Sichtschutz gut angelegt. Der Hund Max ist sehr lieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto ( auch Camper) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Und Sergio hat uns sehr gute Tipps zwecks Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. La casa di Cinzia è bellissima, ben organizzata per una vacanza, perfetta per una coppia che cerca privacy e relax. Un po lontana dal centro del paese, per chi non ama camminare, ma gestibile. E' stato facile parlare con Renata, la persona che si occupa della casa, molto disponibile e gentile. Davvero una bella vacanza. I nostri cuccioli, un cane e un gatto sono stati bene, il giardino è splendido e recintato. Era proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Grazie!

Tolles Haus. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bilder. Ariana ist sofort erreichbar und super nett.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

Vicoria's place is extremely convenient with 4 spacious bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 8 persons. She is extremely caring even about minute details. Her instructions were crystal clear and she was extremely helpful with advices regarding how to access the bus stop, buy bus tickets and so so. She kindly arranged the taxi for us. She even left a few eateries and items to help cooking. Would love to come back again.

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Lorenzo è un host perfetto, così come la sua casa. E' venuto a prenderci in stazione e ci ha riportato alla partenza. La casa era pulitissima, stanze ampie e letti comodissimi: dotazione completa di prodotti per il bagno, nonché per l'uso della lavatrice (e della lavastoviglie di cui non abbiamo usufruito). Elettrodomestici nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti, macchina del caffè con dotazione di polvere di primaria marca. Tutto è stato semplicemente unico, la miglior esperienza di noleggio di un appartamento in tanti anni di vacanze! Lorenzo meriterebbe un plus come persona e la sua casa è strategica sotto ogni punto di vista. grazie ancora per aver reso possibile il realizzarsi di una splendida vacanza.

Wir waren für 10 Tage bei Elena und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr groß, für uns fast zu groß. Der große Balkon bot Möglichkeiten zum dort frühstücken und abends im Liegestuhl zu entspannen. Das im Garten wachsende Gemüse konnte geerntet werden und war super lecker. Bei Bedarf war der Kontakt sehr einfach, auch der Kontakt mit Ihren Eltern war ganz einfach und super. Alles in allem war es dort super gut. Danke an Elena, das wir dort wohnen durften.

Unser Aufenthalt in Robertos charmantem Fischerhäuschen war perfekt! Schön eingerichtet - alles wie auf den Bildern. Gerade die Aufteilung (in jedem Stockwerk ein Zimmer) und die Tatsache, dass wir ein ganzes kleines Häuschen für uns hatten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dass zwischen den einzelnen Stockwerken keine Türen sind, hat uns (3 Erwachsene) nicht gestört. Roberto war jederzeit schnell zu erreichen und immer hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in Chioggia!

Its a great experience. Kristin provided a very tidy apartment. It is convenient to Venice. Kristin gives me a lot of useful information which do help us lots. During our stay she reply and respond very efficient. I do want to live here again.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

Duidelijke instructies biij checki in, directe respons van gastvrouw op vragen. accomodatie zelf ideaal voor een gezin; parking op domein (een grote luxe tijdens de drukke zomer), alle comfort voorzien, airco in de slaapkamers, op 50 meter van het meer. winkel en restaurants op wandelafstand. perfecte locatie. Wie dit huurt zal zich dit niet beklagen

Wir waren mit dem kleines Haus von Paolo sehr zufrieden. Auch die Schnelle antworten auf unsere Fragen waren Super. Paolo ist ein tolles Gastgeber und kann ihn nur empfehlen. Für 2 Personen ist das Haus super aber bei 4 ist es etwas eng. Hat aber uns nichts ausgemacht da wir nur zum schlafen und am Morgen in dem Haus waren. Gerne wieder und Paolo danke für alles 🙏

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

Excellent séjour en famille à 4 chez Barbara, quartier étudiant très sympathique et authentique. Appartement bien chauffé pour l'hiver, très agréable et cosy. Lumineux avec un grand Velux. Lits très confortables Cuisine petite mais bien équipée pour cuisiner. Supermarché et épiceries proches pour faire les courses. Vaporetto 2 sur le quai à quelques minutes à pied. Presque direct pour San Marco. On peut explorer Venise facilement et se promener dans les petites ruelles, les ponts et places autour de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention, si vous avez des problèmes locomoteurs: Escalier raide et étroit pour acceder au logement.

Ci siamo rapportati con Patrizia che è stata gentilissima e che ci ha fornito molte informazioni utili per esplorate la zona L'alloggio vanta un panorama mozzafiato e può essere il punto di partenza per diversi percorsi trekking la spiaggia è a 5 minuti di macchina giù per la discesa casa molto pulita con ampio giardino apprezzato dalla nostra cagnolina grazie Patrizia, soggiorno perfetto Erika

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Problemlose Anreise. Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück möglich. Wenige Schritte vom Parkplatz zum Ferienhaus. Von dort ein toller Blick auf den See. Privater Strand, den man mit anderen Gästen teilt, 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Dorf. Dort gibt es alles. Man benötigt während des Aufenthalts kein Auto. Vor dem Haus eine schöne überdachte Terrasse. Vier Liegestühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Bettwächse und Handtücher incl. großer Badetücher wurde gestellt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für Gäste, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, könnte es schwierig sein, denn der kurze Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist steil und die Schlafzimmer sind über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Uns hat es aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Dank an Laure für die immer hervorragende Kommunikation.

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

Lovely house just outside of Sandrà. The house is large with a lovely large garden. It is set just off the main road and is really quiet. Great location to explore all the south of Lake Garda has to offer.
