Landhaus Birka - a family dream

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Tiny Lebehn House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and location of windows are original (low above the ground). Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden and a wooden terrace. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. No female dogs in season, please. No EV charging facility. Plant based meals are served (each €12) - English breakfast and evening meal.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The lagoon town of Ueckermünde is a holiday resort in the middle of a marina, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. The beach is only about 300 m away! We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 48 m² 2-room apartment in the attic. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the old town of Ueckermünde and the boats of the marina. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price. Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden.
