The Küsselhof is a beautiful place to enjoy time in nature. Mega nice interior - we liked using the great kitchen incl. turntable. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, you are surrounded by fields and nearby you will find forests for walking and good restaurants. It was a very nice weekend with you and you were great hosts. It's fantastically beautiful there. The garden surrounding the house is more like a lovingly landscaped park with many old trees, seating and eye-catchers. All around, only fields, forest and tranquility. The place is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. The hosts are nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquility!

Quietly located, clean & modern apartment. Great communication with the host! By car, the property is 10 minutes away from the beach. (Very far on foot, doable by bike) We were satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

The property is located in a pretty house and is very inviting, well equipped, spacious and bright. There were four of us (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we had a wonderful time. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to stroll (between many lilac trees), the nearby lake is very idyllic and can be reached via a beautiful path on foot. Daniel is a very attentive host, we felt very welcome. Thank you!

Simply perfect place, look no further!

We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: Quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also occupied, but you really don't notice it at all. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it stays warm for half an hour after the time is up! We can recommend the apartment 100% and will definitely be back!

Very nice apartment. If I were to improve something it would be the shower cabin. The bathroom was very nice and big but the shower cabin was very tight.

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished and you are within 10-15 minutes' walk to the beach and there are also shops everywhere. The check-in was also great via a key box. We were also provided with two bicycles free of charge by Łukasz. So if you are looking for a small, charming apartment for a short trip to Swinemünde, you will definitely find it here.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, corresponding to the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing soccer with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... Beautiful view from the window is the deciding factor. Bonuses in the form of a panorama , a pool is super. I recommend to everyone.

A beautiful apartment - the pictures correspond to the facts. In the kitchen, everything is more than sufficient, so you can cook for everyone without problems. We had enough space with four people, the washing machines and dryers in house 3 are new, which we could use at any time free of charge. The harbor residence is a little off the beaten path, which above all gives peace and quiet. Here you don't notice the crowds that romp on Usedom. Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, where you can stroll along the promenade or go swimming in the Baltic Sea spa. All shops are available and at least one supermarket in Ahlbeck is also open on Sundays. The airport near the residence is hardly noticeable, only on Saturdays you have to expect several landings or take-offs. Directly at the airport is a restaurant where you can eat at affordable prices. This is easily accessible on foot. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – simply to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new settlement with playground, pool in the basement, gym and private parking in the garage. Walking, you can reach the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything worked out and we enjoyed it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

Renata's place was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the hot tub. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Renata was very straightforward and fast. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back.

We had an all-around perfect stay! The place was super equipped – there was really nothing missing. Everything was modern, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The spa area was especially great, which made our stay even more relaxing. The newly opened kiosk in the lower part of the building was ideal for a few snacks, quick dinner or even for the fresh, daily rolls in the morning. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding area, and thanks to the great communication from start to finish, we felt well taken care of at all times. The hosts Danuta & Jens are super friendly and also provided us with current and personal excursion tips as well as great restaurant recommendations. We would come back anytime – highly recommended!
