I recommend the accommodation. Daiane proved to be a very caring host and concerned about the good stay of the guests. The flat is identical to a large and comfortable hotel room, and allows us to use the amenities of the Wish resort. We made a great choice.

Our stay with Lauro was wonderful! Me and my family love. Comfortable beds (there were 5 of us, 1 being a 3-year-old child). Warm bedding for the cold we caught. Air conditioning with the function of heaters, fireplace, exactly as described in the listing. The amenities surprised us! We were free to cook and enjoy the fireplace at night. We'll be back for sure.

The appartment is amazing! Very well decorated and organized. It's very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. The apartment is very well located, in the heart of Gramado, you can do practically everything on foot, without the need for transportation. I also recognize the good service of the concierge, very attentive and helpful. The hosts were very attentive and timely in what was requested. We recommend the apartment, even for the most demanding guests. It's worth it, you won't regret it.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and everything works well! Everything is very well cared for and well equipped! It's very quiet too and the caretaker is friendly! The entrance to the building is a little dark at night, but there was no problem. About the location: For those who like to walk, it is possible to walk to the busiest part of Borges, but it is not close. Anyway: The stay is wonderful and everything was great!

The stay was note mil! The house was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet, cozy place with lots of nature. Mr. Walter was very kind and friendly, he waited for us with the house warm. The location is perfect, between lawn and cinnamon, close to everything. We already want to go back!

Beautiful and cozy house to rest in! The house has everything we need! Including treats like sparkling wine and chocolate! All essential items available, salt, sugar, coffee, teas and spices! Very comfortable beds! Wonderful fireplace! We didn't use the Jacuzzi because it was too cold! An orchard with bergamots, oranges and lemons! We even took some home! Carolina is always available and attentive! We had a little problem with the Wi-Fi! Cell phone doesn't get a good signal! And there's a kitten that visits us at mealtimes! It didn't bother us! We'd love to stay longer! We recommend it!

The apartment is excellent, super well equipped, with bath towels and bed linens of great quality. Good kitchen utensils. Clean, organized and very well located. Isabel and Aida respond quickly and are very helpful. We loved the stay, we highly recommend it!

Cozy apartment, I liked it! Good location, we were able to take walks in the center of Gramado all on foot, which was great on this Easter holiday when getting around by car was practically impossible! I would definitely stay there again!!

About the hosts: Clear and easy communication, they answered all questions in minutes, they did not send messages during the stay. At check-in, we were well attended, they showed us the property and gave us instructions on some of its features. About the property and location: The property contains all the items and appliances shown in the images and in the listing description, very comfortable, gas heating in all faucets and showers, all rooms were clean and fragrant. Location is excellent, close to good restaurants, pharmacies and some tourist spots. I would stay at the property again at the next opportunity!

The stay in the apartment was excellent, the space was consistent with the images. It is well-structured, with basic cooking utensils. The location is great, right in the center of Gramado, a 3-minute drive from Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Both bedrooms are large and spacious. The parking space is tight, and it only fits smaller cars.

The place is wonderful, super organized and right in the center of Gramado, you can walk to various sights or rent an electric scooter just around the corner. Natália was super gentle and flexible, allowing us to check in earlier as soon as we arrived in the city and we still got a treat to enjoy the stay. Thanks so much for having received us:)
