Beautiful, new, well-stocked place with plenty of room for 3 adults. Decor was cute, kitchen had everything we needed, Rachel gave us good info on places to eat in Sandspit and the beach right across the street was a great view and walk! Highly recommend staying here

We Loved the stay at the off grid cabin near the beach, the location is so beautiful. The outside shower worked great, the wood stove warmed up the place nicely. We had lots of candles and battery operated lights so we managed fine. Just wish we could have stayed longer…enjoy!

The open suite features soft green walls and a spacious bed framed by a headboard. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and a faux fireplace adds a cozy element. Natural light enters through the window, illuminating a plush dark chair and a wooden rocking chair.

It feels warm here. This open suite gives you a space large enough to sprawl out in without losing the cozy softness of the cottage by the sea. The open concept keeps you connected with only the bathroom being separate. The kitchen is minimal, but includes a mini fridge, induction hot plate, air fryer / oven, microwave and sink. The plush, dark chair will fold down to accomodate an extra guest if the bed's capacity has been reached. There is yard access which abuts the bay for weather watching.

A living area with large windows allows natural light to fill the space, offering views of the ocean and sandy beach. A spacious sectional sofa sits comfortably, complemented by a small side table and a decorative electric fireplace. The wooden beams add warmth to the design.

Highwater House is located on beautiful South Beach, our custom-built fully equipped home away from home has all the comforts you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Our 1700 sq ft space includes an enclosed loft bedroom with queen bed, a convertible sofa bed in the living room, and an additional detached full bedroom suite with queen bed. 2 large covered decks, with patio furniture and bbq, and 1 full bathroom. Our Kitchen is equipped with all appliances and basic supplies (pots,pans,dishes,utensils).

A perfect little cabin in a fairytale forest with just a short walk down the property to the beautiful north beach! Lots of chopped wood was provided for the wood burning stove and there was drinking water a plenty. Everything that we needed to cook our meals was present in the kitchen. Just make sure you bring lots of ice for your coolers and you can easily stock up on more in Masset. The shared garden shower had on demand hot water and was just a few steps from the cabin. The bed was comfy and sheets and towels were clean! We couldn’t have asked for more! Overall we had a very serene and lovely stay! Thank you Meredith!
