We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. Just an absolute dream. For those who like to be alone, rest and not the crowds are looking for an absolute tip. The house has a free parking space. 3 bedrooms, climate,WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and Piran. There is even a washing machine and an outdoor grill as well as an outdoor shower. It has its own access to the sea. Stairs down and private sea access with a small lying area on the stones. There's even an inlet for a sun umbrella. In the morning, enjoy the coffee on the terrace with a view of Piran and then enjoy the morning mum in the warm and quiet sea. The perfect start before breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening. Citronella candles or similar are highly recommended. In the storage room there is also a large fridge for larger shopping. Small shop in the village. Lidl, Spar, etc. available 20 minutes in Umag

Our host Jeannette was super accommodating and always easily accessible. Upon arrival, we received a welcome with drinks and a small snack. She also gave us tips for activities in the surrounding cities. Thank you very much! The house was perfect for a nice and private vacation with our friends. Each room has its own bathroom and everything else is superbly equipped. The residential area is quiet and has lovely neighbors. However, a car is advisable for the area! Thank you for the good care and for allowing us to stay in the beautiful house with pool. We will be happy to come back!

Beautifully restored and furnished villa in the Istrian countryside. Magical pool and outside space. Rural but the coast is a pleasant hour walk away and Umag and Novigrad are both close for shopping, restaurants, etc. Friendly and responsive local host. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 small children and 2 dogs in this nice place and enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately, our start to the holiday was not so good as we arrived at the property and there was a construction site right in front of the house and in addition we had no electricity in the house. We contacted Brian, he apologized for the inconvenience and did his best and 24 hours later we also had electricity. The money for the first day, he offered to waive us and invited us in addition to a meal for the inconvenience. The construction site was also gone after a few days and what can we say, with a place to stay in such a great location, we quickly forgot the trouble and got to enjoy it. The place is small and fine and we felt very much at home. We were often swimming in the sea. The kids loved climbing the rocks. Also a nice area for all-day trips.
