Beautiful and very spacious apartment overlooking the small marina in Palit. Martina is a lovely host and made us very welcome. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils and an electric conducting hob, oven & microwave, washing machine. Literally a home from home. We cooked a few meals during our stay and used the balcony a lot for breakfast & lunch. It is a 15min walk along the promenade or you can walk through the forest to the Old town. Rab town is very quaint to wander around. Would highly recommend this apartment and on the day before we left Martina brought us some Rab Island cake made with almonds - very delicious and a kind thought.

Nizama, la propriétaire des lieux est une personne douce, gentille, très attentionnés et qui prend soins de ces invités. Il y a plusieurs appartements dans la villa, donc beaucoup de personnes qui arrivent et qui repartent quelques jours après. Nizama est donc au travail de très bonne heure le matin, pour que tout soit en ordre. Préparation des petits déjeuner, rangement des appartements, nettoyage de la piscine... C est une femme très courageuse. C était la première fois que nous réservions a l étranger, et j avoue être un peu angoissée de cela. Mais Nizama même 6 mois avant notre séjour, a répondu a toutes mes questions tres rapidement, elle m a rassurée sur plusieurs points, et a communiqué avec nous a plusieurs reprises jusqu'à notre arrivée. En bref, c est une hote exceptionnelle que je recommande vivement.

Wir können diese Unterkunft 100%ig weiterempfehlen. Meine 6 jährige Tochter hat immer wieder gesagt, dass sie sich wie zu hause fühlt, das fand ich sehr zutreffend. Es war alles sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestatten was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super und ich hab sowohl gute klare Anweisungen bekommen zu Beginn als auch sofortige Hilfe bei akuter Nachfrage. Wir fanden die Lage auch super, da man quasi in der Stadt wohnt, Fußweg eine Minute zu Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt, aber trotzdem in einer Seitengasse, sodass es sehr ruhig ist.
