Simple, modern and clean with air conditioning, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Ideal for romantic couples, small families with small and older children.. ...and it is especially nice and comfortable for tourists in the "golden" age. Renting only in June and from 15th of August. ❤️

Quiet house for relax

The house is located 200m from the sea in quiet neighborhood. Our guests have a big yard at disposal with a trampoline and lots of space for children to play. Also, it is dog friendly house. House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 3 minutes’ walk from the center of small Mediterranean town of Nerezine. The house is also located below hill Osoršćica with the highest peak on island Lošinj (Televrin 588 m) from where you have the view overall island (https://youtu.be/oQZ5TRAY6yU).

The apartment is in a house with several apartments and is completely self-contained with its own private entrance. The house is surrounded by greenery and garden and has secured parking in the shade. There is also a large barbecue with a covered table.
