The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Saltair- Gracetown is a quintessential relaxing beach house within a short walk to the beach and surf breaks. Bush block with ocean view

Peaceful block and perfect place to relax down south and enjoy the bush surroundings and view of the ocean. Located between Dunsborough and Yallingup. 5-10 min drive to either location. Nice surrounding bush walks or short drives to wineries and plenty of amazing tourist attractions. No pets are allowed in the house but you can bring a dog provided it stays outside of the house for the entire stay.
