The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.

Very bright apartment in the city center of Guingamp. Shops, grocery stores, cinema, swimming pool, theater, Trieux promenade are within walking distance. Take a break and relax. We offer our small house located in the village where you will find a bakery (250 m walk) and the first supermarket 5 min away by car. The Camélias path offers a nice walk. You have quick access to the RN 12, the Kernilien high school 2 min by car and the Pink Granite Coast 35 min away. The accommodation is connected to fiber and has its own wifi network (ideal for remote work).
