We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.
