Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

Grâces: Quiet farmhouse for 4 people

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.

Take a break and relax. We offer our small house located in the village where you will find a bakery (250 m walk) and the first supermarket 5 min away by car. The Camélias path offers a nice walk. You have quick access to the RN 12, the Kernilien high school 2 min by car and the Pink Granite Coast 35 min away. The accommodation is connected to fiber and has its own wifi network (ideal for remote work).
