Beautiful idyllic vacation home on 3000 sqm of land Lots of hiking and biking trails offer all kinds of possibilities. In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Über schöne Wanderwege kommt man zu Schloss Aschach. Die schöne Rhön lädt zu diversen Unternehmungen ein. Hier z. B. Wasserkuppe mit Sommerrodelbahn, Kreuzberg usw. After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.
