Maryke was super responsive. So quick to answer questions and advise accordingly. She kindly allowed us a late check out without issue. It was the perfect base for Ironman South Africa. The house is large, but yet homely. The house and gardens are immaculate. The pool (sole use) is a bonus! Secure parking just outside the front door. We always felt safe. Maryke is charming, professional and helpful. I thoroughly recommend her house to anyone thinking of visiting Port Elizabeth.

Paul hosted our family at his home during a very difficult time for us as a family - we lost our mom and grandmother, and came from Windhoek to PE my hometown, to lay her to rest. The home was precisely as it was listed and described. It was exceptionally clean and neat. The home provided us with a place of warmth, calm, space, peace and reflection we needed during this time. It also provided us with ample space to welcome our family and friends who came to comfort and sympathize with us during the week we stayed in PE. I cannot thank Paul and dearest Antoinette (property manager) enough for this opportunity. It was divinely orchestrated that our paths cross and we get to spend an unforgettable time in your home. It was a very good stay, the home is very spacious and the beach is within a walking distance. The brain area and balcony are great areas to sit back and relax, while hearing the ocean. there is also more than enough space in the garage, for multiple vehicles.

The place is very nice i would definitely go there again we enjoyed the space with electric blankets n remote lights the space is very big and beautiful

We were a group of five staying in Gqeberha for a local event. The house was well-equipped, clean, and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The three bedrooms are extremely spacious, and the large living area gave our group plenty of room to relax. There is secure parking in a locked garage. The house is located in a quiet area and is very close to the beach and shops. If you have a larger group, I would highly recommend this listing!

I only gave the location a 3 star because the neighborhood doesn't really sell itself when compared to summerstrand for instance, it's more situated in the city and can look intimidating, however with that said we felt safe enough. The actual house was simply amazing, probably top 3 airbnb places I have ever booked in terms of amenities in the house, it really was a home away from home!! thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting PE in the future.

An absolute gem 💎. The surrounding is breathtaking and calming. The service was amazing. My daughter forgot one of her special stuffed animals and they went out of their way to help us to get it back. It is one of our favorite places that we stayed in this vacation in South Africa. Thank you so much.

We had a great nights stay at Lisa's place, our dogs were very happy and we had everything we needed for our breakaway, it is so peaceful there.

Me and my son really enjoyed staying there and felt at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat and all the amenities at our disposal and with having a full D.S.T.V bouquet for our viewing pleasure was just the cherry on the cake. We forgot to talk about where the key and remote should be left as we had to check out quite early on Sunday morning to get to the airport, but I just left it inside the door, but further more am very glad we chose to stay there and Hester our host were very friendly. Will recommend this place to anyone and will happily stay there again.

We were in PE for a sports tour and the apartment was close enough to get to school quickly but far enough not to be stuck with traffic. It was the perfect refuge after a busy day and allowed us to rest and relax. Thank you for a great stay.

My stay here was awesome it was exactly what I needed. The place is super clean and quiet, I highly recommend it when you want time out from everything. I felt right at home with everything I needed. With restaurants and shopping centre's near by. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again on my next visit.

Gavin was a great host, communicated well, and even helped us out with recommendations when we had car trouble.

Be prepared to have a pleasant stay in this uniquely beautifully decorated home. It stimulated my travel senses as it was apparent that the hosts are adventurous and do appreciate the finer things of life.

A wonderful house with pool right at the beach. You can see the ocean from the bedroom. We received water and milk when we got there late, that helped! We really enjoyed our stay as a family!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience at Arvid’s place! From the moment we booked, communication was clear and responsive. The check-in process was seamless, and Arvid went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The space itself was just perfect, clean pool, massive yard and tennis court. It was exactly as described in the listing, and honestly, even better in person. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the cleanliness, fresh linen, wifi, TVs, fully specked kitchen. The location was ideal for walking/fitness activities, we liked the neighborhood and location. We really appreciated Dennis the caretaker who was excellent and extremely helpful. Overall this home is great for a family holiday and a peaceful gateway.

It was such a pleasure to be met by the friendly manager, Bridget from check in to check out. She was very helpful even when we had questions during out stay. The view of the sea is breathtaking and the accessibility to the beach and to Boardwalk made it a prime for us and our purpose for the visit. I will not hesitate to book this property again the next time I am in Port Elizabeth.

Lovely modern place to stay with easy access to addo and lots of fun stuff to do on the river. Lovely pool and entertainment areas. would definitely recommend.
