Artisan Village Retreat is exquisite. The home is beautiful and outstandingly decorated. Comfortable and welcoming. The property is located on a small stream and we could tell even in the middle of winter what a wonderful outside living area there was. Our host went out of her way to make us welcome and was very responsive. The home is located in walking distance from downtown Orchard Park but secluded enough that you don't feel like you're in the middle of a neighborhood. If you are coming to Orchard Park and want to stay close to town - this is the place - don't think twice!!!! Thanks Julia for hosting us!

Had a wonderful time at Beth’s Airbnb! The location was great. It was above a fantastic bakery and 10 minutes away from a great hike! The inside of the airbnb was modern and clean. Not a full kitchen but you have everything you need for making a small amount of food. Definitely plan on staying at this Airbnb again!

The kitchen features a large island with seating for four, accompanied by sleek white cabinetry and modern stainless steel appliances. Soft lighting is provided by three pendant lights above the island, enhancing the clean, inviting space. The backsplash consists of classic white tiles.

Great space that’s close to the Main Street with lots to do! We could walk to restaurants / bars. The space was large and had a lot of space for the 8 of us. Great kitchen and living room so we could all hang out together with lots of space! Would come back!

We stayed at Kalee’s place for one night while visiting SUNY Fredonia with our daughter. Kalee was a very responsive host and her house was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. Everything was very clean and comfortable and Kalee was really attentive to small details. We would gladly stay here again if in the area.

This is my second time staying at Charles's place, and it was just as amazing as the first time. I love the decor and the little comfortable spaces to relax. A wonderful base for an EVL long weekend. We were 2 families with 3 kids total. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Lots of parking with space to turn around. Beds and linens comfy. Literally next door to the grocery store and a very short walk to shops, cafes and restos. 5-10 min drive to Holiday Valley (great for those of us acting as the ski shuttle!!).

A spacious living area features a wooden dining table with seating for several guests. A spiral staircase leads to an upper level. Natural light fills the room through large windows, illuminating a comfortable seating arrangement near a fireplace.

This is our second time staying at this air bnb, and we (again) are so beyond pleased with our stay. It’s always clean and peaceful, and Jesse is always incredibly quick with responses. Not to mention- he went above and beyond for us. We were celebrating our anniversary and he ensured there were flowers there upon our arrival 🥰 we will be back again! Awesome place! The pictures don’t do it justice, the view is beautiful. Elaine and Peter were great hosts. This place was fully stocked, towels, linens, ziplock bags, paper towel, utensils, cooking stuff, you name it. Lots to do too, the beach is right there and they had paddle boards and kayaks to use. We travelled with two young kids and Elaine went above and beyond setting up the pack and play and high chair for us before we arrived. 10/10 would recommend!

This is our second stay with Adrian & Ashlee and it was excellent just as expected! The space was exactly as described and great for our family!! We will definitely stay with them again in the future!

Beautiful home. Michael was a wonderful host and very responsive. Everything was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. Our family loved skiing at holiday valley and 9 of us were quite comfortable in this home. The view from the living room was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked.
