Such a lovely stay. Very cosy. The balconies and garden are perfect if you’ve got a larger party. There were only two of us. So much space. Parking is great. Would definitely recommend. We were at a wedding at Danilia Village and you could walk it if you wanted to.

A wonderful stay in a stunning villa! The villa was very easy to locate, helped by Sotiris’ directions. Upon arrival, we were shown around by host Sotiris who very kindly sent a list of recommendations regarding local restaurants, attractions and beaches. The villa was just a described, in fact, the photos didn’t do it justice! Layout was admittedly quirky as others have mentioned inasmuch as one had to walk through one bedroom to get to another. We knew this prior to arrival and with two kids; it wasn’t a problem for us. Villa was very well appointed with great gadgets in the kitchen and high quality appliances. Bathrooms were new and stylish and the beds extremely comfortable. Lovely, light and airy feel to the place. The crowning glory was the outside area; we lived in the wonderful pool and used the bbq outside almost nightly whilst enjoying private al fresco dining. The olive groves and orange and kumquat trees in the garden made for a charming vista. Very highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Demetris’ villa and we will definitely be back again. Demetris is a lovely host and was very flexible and hospitable - we couldn’t have asked for more. The location is great - quiet and private, beautiful property and grounds, and an easy walk to Gouvia. We drove to Rovinia beach and other locations on the east coast, which were just 20-30 mins away, and visited Corfu Town a few times, which is less than a 15 mins drive.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rika! The villa was very comfortable with everything we needed, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet walkable to Gouvia and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The villa had so much to do: we had fun playing pickleball and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The gardens were beautifully maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The villa was well stocked with crockery, glassware, the beds were super comfy and the freezer was well stocked with ice. A special thank you to Effy, who was incredibly helpful when we had a bit of trouble with the A/C—she sorted everything quickly and was so friendly. The staff in the nearby restaurants were also very welcoming and kind. It’s a quiet area with charming country roads, but do take a torch if you’re walking to Gouvia at night, as the roads aren’t lit. Overall, Villa Rika exceeded our expectations—we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it. We’re already planning to return!

Demis was one of the nicest hosts we've ever had. We had a great stay at this place! The apartment is very tastefully decorated, super clean and equipped with everything you might need. Demis was extremely friendly, very helpful and always available. Check-in went smoothly, and we felt welcome right from the start. Right next to the accommodation there are two cafes where you can have a great breakfast. The location is ideal, you can reach Corfu town in 20 min. by car and the location is an ideal starting point to explore the north of the island. The apartment is located directly on a busier street, which can make it a little louder at night. With the window closed, however, this is hardly audible – unfortunately, sleeping with the window open was not quite as pleasant. (The bedroom has air conditioning) We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!
