If you are looking for a simple but cozy, clean, and fresh place to stay, this is the place for you. The cottage has two bedrooms; in addition to the double bed, the master bedroom is also equipped with a loveseat and a TV. In the small bedroom, there are two single beds. The kitchen is relatively well-equipped with an oven and two hotplates. There is plenty of space around the dining table. The bathroom is of a basic standard. On the patio, there is a barbecue, lounge chairs, a seating area with cushions, and a clothes drying rack.

Here you live within walking distance to the beach (1.2 km) where you will also find a popular restaurant, Broman & Son. Nearby you will also find a bakery and one of Sweden's finest beaches, Tofta beach, 5 km away. There is a shop, more restaurants and a popular bouncy castle for the children. Here you live only 17 km from one of Sweden's finest golf courses, Visby GK and 10 km from the popular Kneippbyn.

Admittedly not so tall in the ceilings and old wooden floors marked by the time but very pleasant. You also have access to a large lush garden. Here, you are surrounded by organic farming with, among other things, a self-pick of vegetables. From the farm it is as close to the sea to the west as to the east. An excellent starting point for seeing more of all of Gotland

Bright, cozy & simple farmhouse in Visby's neighborhood

Bright, cozy and simple courtyard house of about 65 m2 in Visby's quiet neighborhood with its own patio and somewhat secluded lawn next to the patio. It is less than 4 km to Visby, 10 minutes' walk to Kneippbyn's water and summerland/sea. The house is on the "right side" of Visby and it is easy to get directly to one of Gotland's largest and most beautiful beaches, Tofta. In the living room, there is a sauna to use and there is a large parking lot for the house. ICA is 200 meters from the house.

Cottage close to beach outside Visby

Härlig tillflyktsort 10 km norr om Visby. Charmiga hus på vacker tomt, 100 meter från badstrand. Boendet är fördelat på tre stugor. Ett lite större hus med kök, allrum, sovloft och badrum med bastu. Två stugor med sovrum. I trägården finns flera uteplatser samt utedusch. I loungen med havsutsikt kan du koppla av på sängsoffor eller vid matbordet. Cyklar ingår för utflykter till Krysmyntagården och Själsö bageri. Ett perfekt boende för att den som vill njuta av naturens skönhet och havets lugn.

Renovated Barn in the south of Gotland

Beautifully renovated barn. Large and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet. The barn has two floors with open spaces. Downstairs, there's a large dining table, central heating, and a fireplace. Upstairs, there's a TV area with two couches whereas one is a sofa bed. The sofa bed is 140cm so can fit 1-2 people (depending on size). There’s also a new fireplace. The bed is completely new and very comfortable (at least if you ask us).

Grandma's Brygghus Unique Home in Historic Building

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.

Cottage near the sea on our plot, Golf and Tennis opportunities nearby! Shops, gas station, pharmacy, etc. are about 2 km away in the center.
