Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Karlsoy islands on the fantastic Eksta coast in Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Our cottages are perfect for those of you who want a place to stay close to the beach, a bustling city life with great restaurants, art and culture. You'll love our place because of the location. We offer two nice cottages with simple standard at Norderstrand in Visby with the sea and the beach promenade around the corner and a short walking distance to nice exercise trails. With a 10-minute walk, you will get straight into the heart of Visby, which offers a wide range of high-class restaurants and a rich cultural life.

Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Guest house with double bed and outdoor shower Bicycles, surfboard and SUP are available to borrow. NOTE: sheets + towels are not included. More pictures can be sent.

Lovely villa by the sea, near Visby.

Dream house right by the sea, 7 km south of Visby. Down by the beach (200 m) is Fridhem's café with homemade treats. 2 km to Kneippbyn with adventure and water park, restaurants, supermarket, concerts, Pippi Longstocking theatre, mini-golf, courts for padel, tennis, football and baskeball. Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing. Visby GK is 21 km away and Tofta Beach 16 km.. NOTE: There is an additional cleaning fee of 185€ that is paid 1 week before check-in.

House close to Gnisvärds beach - new renovated

Our wonderful small house in the best location at Gotland! We are a family letting our house, in Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m picturesque Gnisvärd fishing village. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, 30 sqm. Wifi, TV with Chromecast. Forest next to the house. Large garden, 2500 sqm., where we are renting out a bigger house (mainhouse) and guest house as well. A small garden belonging to this house and a separating fence to the main house.

Studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Välkommen till vackra Ihreviken. Detta hus är helt nyrenoverat och all inredning, möbler, kök och badrum är helt nytt och färdigställt till mitten juni 2021. Welcome to our cozy cabin and our place on earth on the east side of Gotland, where stress and everyday routines are a thing of the past. Here you can easily live with the sea as a neighbor. But here is also the former fishing camp, a few holiday homes and permanent residents and our animals as neighbors. You come here to swim, walk or just enjoy this beautiful nature. In high season, there is a little more going on here, but in low season, you can basically be alone.

Relax in wonderful surroundings near the beach

Built in 2012, this is a clean and comfortable accomodation with good standards, only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach. We have fantastic treks for hiking in every direction just outside of the door. Fishing and swimming are popular, as is taking long walks with or without the camera and / or dog. Sjaustru is one of Gotland's hidden gems without too many people around. Nice and quiet for a relaxing break - welcome to our paradise! =0)

Villa Fiskarporten - ocean view within the ring wall

Only 300 meters away is Visby cold bathhouse jetty where you can take a refreshing morning swim. After you have eaten a breakfast with sea view in the kitchen, a wonderful day awaits you in Visby. Villa Fiskarporten is a bulhus from the early 1900s and has four bedrooms with WiFi (100 Mbit fiber), induction stove & oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a toilet & shower. In addition, there is a barbecue in the common courtyard.

The house is detached and has a large open living room at the bottom floor with a suite facing a fantastic view over the see and and small fishing hamlet. There is also a double bed in a sleeping area. At the first floor is kitchen, dining area, a small sleeping room with 2 single beds, WC and shower. Is the weather calm you will sit outdoor looking at the see, with windy weather you can sit in the calm inner yard at an own patio.
