Two shopping centers Pasaż Łódzki and Nowa Sucesja Hopa Lupa are a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, bustling Piotrkowska Street, Orientarium ZOO Łódź, Atlas Arena. The apartment is bright and full of sun, spacious and extremely functional. It has a separate sleeping area on a large mezzanine. The location is excellent - the whole neighborhood has been revitalized. On the other side of the street there is the Dąbrowski payment with the Opera House, right next to the train station Łódź Fabryczna. Under the building there are both tram stops and buses. Quick access to virtually any university.

Very worried about the apartment, stayed for a year. The apartment corresponds to the description, very close to public transport, next to a supermarket to the city center 15 minutes. There is everything you need for cooking and a comfortable stay in the apartment. Very welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay in Lodz, it`s calm, cozy, and pretty good in general. Facundo is a great host, always responded quickly (even on public holidays), and was very nice. There were some issues, but we solved everything. It was also clean and looked like in the photos. Great for a single person or a couple. Recomend staying!

Wooden house in a beautiful garden

Thank you so much for an amazing stay. This cottage really makes you feel at home! It has the perfect balance between modernity and home comfort. I especially appreciate the warm lighting that you can freely balance. There is also a swing in the house, you can have a very nice time reading books in it:) Inside there is everything you need and all things are in places exactly where I would expect them to be. There is even an infrared lamp that can be used on the terrace to warm up! A beautiful terrace where you can spend hours staring at the tall trees surrounding the cottage. The cottage is located in the forest, an amazing place, very quiet. We slept here for more than 9 hours every day! This is the first time in our experience where we really regret that we were only here for 5 days, you could easily spend a few weeks here. There were two of us, but I think up to 6 people can spend time comfortably. We are very grateful for sharing this cottage with us!
