Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Am Walde is the perfect mountain escape for family and friends looking to bathe in nature on the ‘Balcony of the Montafon’. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

WE COMPLETELY REBUILT JOHNNY'S OVER THE SUMMER OF 2024! In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Landhaus Pfefferkorn " Bella Nova"

Our "Bella Nova" is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains and the fish pond in our garden; there are plenty of parking spaces available, free of charge. The bus stop is about 500 meters away and the ski lifts are about 3 km from the house. Hiking trails are accessible from the house.
