Il punto forte della struttura è l'area relax con vasca idromassaggio e sauna direttamente accessibili dalla camera da letto. La struttura è anche dotata di un ampio giardino con ulivi secolari e vari alberi da frutto.

"Quercus" è una costruzione risalente al XIX secolo, situata nel centro storico di Alberobello, all'interno della magnifica cornice dei trulli (tipiche costruzioni locali patrimonio UNESCO). L'appartamento è composto da due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato e indipendente, un angolo cottura. Una delle due camere è dotata di un terrazza da cui ammirare i trulli del "rione monti" e "aia piccola". Quercus vi farà assaporare l'atmosfera e i sapori di una terra unica nel suo genere.
