I think we were very lucky to come to Cappadocia and stay here. The host was very hospitable. We spent a short time chatting together. It was like we were staying in an acquaintance's house, so thank you so much to him and his family. We will be happy to stay here again for our next trip. Our comments for the house; The house is right in the center of Ortahisar. The house has everything you need. You can go to the bazaar on foot. 10-15 minutes by car to the touristic places. The interior of the house is also big, cozy and comfortable. A place to vacation and enjoy with your family. This house can be the best choice for you in the Cappadocia region. see you again:) ERKAN and ESEN family.

We chose it because it was affordable and fit our sightseeing plan. Loft, very nice. 2+1, one bathroom, it has two toilets. The heating is electric, the first night was a little inadequate because it was cool, but we managed. It is necessary to operate electrical items one by one, or the fuse blows. But it's a situation that Turks are used to. The host was quick to help. There is no parking problem. What I liked the most was the laundry detergent on the washing machine. Also tea, coffee treats are a very nice touch. Everything was so beautiful. If the weather is better, you can see the balloons flying on the terrace and eat with a balloon. Let's say next time. Thank you so much. There is a lot of traffic and parking problems in Urgup, you are not exposed to that traffic here. Both affordable and comfortable, easy to reach, peaceful. Would recommend.

we loved ovadis place. it's remote and the view is incredible. the little cabin is well equipped. Ovadi was a great host and really helped us , when my passport was lost she phoned up where we'd been and helped us to track it down. a lovely place .

Unique stone house away from the busiest tourist spots. Beautiful place to stay with a fully stocked kitchen. Short drive to Goreme and few minutes’ walk to the main street in Ortahisar with restaurants, sights, shops, grocery stores. Great value for money!

The room is very quiet and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the front patio. Nice, comfortable furniture to relax in after a full day of touring. There is no stovetop and oven in the room. Owner will let you use the kitchen facilities in the Hospitality Office if you ask.

Esra is an excellent host, very responsive and from the moment we booked to the moment we left, she went above and beyond for us (with the property and also helping us to arrange various activities locally throughout our stay). We occupied all 5 rooms which worked very well for our group of 7 (lots of space). Property was as described and it was in a good location to get to different parts of Cappadocia easily. Many thanks again to Esra for a very memorable stay.

Excellent place with a beautiful view.Located just around 300M from Uchisar Castle.Gokhan was an amazing host,always promptly responding to queries and arranging various sightseeing trips and airport transfers at reasonable rates. One of the best hosts in our experience so far.Very highly recommended.

All in all, a lot of kindness, but there were two drawbacks. First, no hot water in the shower for most of the stay. Secondly, the host offered us an experience through airbnb, but after booking it turned out that she still expected us to pay 40 euros in cash, which we could only learn about by reading the rules of the experience (no other information was provided).

IDEAL FOR STAY IN CAPPADOCIA! We found the room quite clean. We were able to check in earlier. The truth is that Faruk and his family work hard to provide good service. Everyone is friendly and flexible. The accommodation is family, there are 4 rooms, a shower and a bathroom. It was 100% compliant with what was described in the listing. We were also able to cook using what was in the kitchen. The place is fine, if you have a car or scooter it's very easy to get around but if not, public transport passes by to go to Goreme. I recommend it 100%. 💯

Almut, with the help of Yahya, was the hostess of this authentic historical (guest)house during my stay . Here you come again for the beautiful view from the upper terrace where a delicious and nutritional breakfast is served. Rooms in Cappadocian style decorated with Almut's paintings. The nearby university of Nevsehir is inviting her for an exhibition. I enjoyed cycling in the region, mostly in the little villages and through the fields in the region of Ibrahimpasa and Mustafapaşa. During a stop in a local café near the central square I enjoyed a Turkish tea for only 5 Tl together with the local people. You will receive a warm greeting upon departure.

We really like the room and the view, it's exactly the same as you see in the photos. It was quite enjoyable to sleep and wake up with such a beautiful view. It was a comfortable stay for us since we stayed with my boyfriend. But if you want to stay 4 people, there is unfortunately no privacy between the space and the other area, which is a double bed. Maybe this was the only thing missing from the room, people who will stay more than 2 people should stay and take this situation into consideration. It was a bad thing that the WiFi connection was broken, and we had no problem since internet access was not an essential situation for us at the time. The cleaning of the bathroom and sink can be a little more attentive. All our other requests were quickly addressed by the hosts. I can prevent this room for my friends who have a vehicle to travel to the Cappadocia region. Thank you for the friendly face and nice service.

He truly went above and beyond — from assisting with our check-in to preparing a delicious breakfast (which was a pleasant surprise as we didn’t know it was included!). Genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! It felt like home but also fancy hotel but also amazing self catering. We had so much space, everything we needed in the house, great recommendations, beautiful view, lovely hosts, easy parking, and spotlessly clean. It’s stylish and they’ve thought of everything. An amazing stay!! A month traveling through several countries and resting 4 days in this accommodation was the best!! The bed was the best of the trip!! They allowed us to enter ahead of time, and they kept our backpacks until we returned from a tour. I would definitely come back without thinking about it!!!

Aydin was a great host! Very welcoming, responsive and friendly. His accommodations are exactly as described and we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and the quiet, beautiful view. The town is very convenient without being touristy. If you want to do tours, balloon rides, etc., I would recommend asking Aydin for guidance.

This was a great place to stay during our stay in Cappadocia. The location was a perfect, close to restaurants, hikes and things to do. I would say a highlight was being able to watch the hot air balloons from the roof top in the morning. Bed was comfortable and Hasan was a great host. Would totally recommend!
