Really amazing house for a family getaway. Plenty of rooms, the most gorgeous bathroom with outdoor shower is not to be missed. Felt like home away from home.

Louise was fantastic from the comms before we arrived, when we arrived and until we left. Such a friendly host and willing to accommodate our needs as a family. The house itself was spotless and they thought of everything to make out stay enjoyable. I would 100% stay at this house again as we do visit SW almost yearly. I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget. We were absolutely enchanted. Vanessa has great taste in decor. Lots of attention to detail. In addition, we were very warmly welcomed. The house is equipped with everything you need. We had a very nice week in Vanessa's beautiful house.

The Writer's Nook is a peaceful sanctuary in a beautiful, safe neighborhood in Somerset West. The space is light and spacious and is beautifully and stylishly furnished. I loved the indoor fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, and the luxurious bedding. Anel was a wonderful host: Responsive, helpful and very kind. The Writer's Nook provided much-needed solace during a difficult time. Thank you, Anel

Amazing house in a very quiet area of Noordhoek. Everything is as described and even better. Lots of attention to details like qualitative beds, linen, toiletries and a super equipped kitchen. Stunning house, incredible host and support when needed. Had a door sticking on arrival, and Hanel had a locksmith around within 30 minutes to fix it and make our stay more comfortable. The location is great, beach across the road is stunning for swimming. We really enjoyed our time in Gordons Bay and this beautiful home.

Just an awesome location and super easy logistics. Spacious, modern and highly recommendable! Would definitely come back again!

BEAUTIFUL AND LUXURIOUS! Our family was very impressed with this home. Very modern, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We can’t wait to return. Love all the en-suite bathrooms, beds are comfortable, great space to accommodate larger travel groups. The ocean view from the upper deck was stunning. We almost didn’t want to explore around because we enjoyed the home so much! Walkable to many places, safe, secure, and Odette and Bella were very kind!

What a wonderful property. It immediately felt like home. Both my wife and I were also remote working so the little office space was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. The outside space was just beautiful and all conveniences were a short drive away. We didn't want to leave! It was also spotlessly clean. Sharon was amazing in answering all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this gorgeous hidden gem in Hout Bay.

What a privilege to stay at Julie’s place! The setting is gorgeous, hard to tear yourself away and go do the countless wonderful things available to do in the area. Right next to a small game farm with springbok, zebra,nyala. Located on a vibrant working vineyard, nestled in a refulgent colorful garden with a backdrop of stunning mountains. Everything you could want or need provided- even a cozy wood burning stove for winter evenings. Treat yourselves to the short hike up to the reservoir and swim in that secluded and majestic spot. Great birdlife. Overall excellent!

This was our second stay at Henning’s place and we just cannot get enough. It’s such an amazing serene getaway in the most stunning location and beautiful home. We had a wonderful bday weekend playing games, cooking food and the fireplace was a great accompaniment with the cold weather. The home has such an incredible view of the ocean and can be seen from almost anywhere. Truly a special stay one of a kind stay. Hazel is always so friendly and hospitable. We had a great stay in this spacious home - perfect for chilled family time. The house is well equipped and we really enjoyed the pizza oven and hot tub. The local host was very helpful and responsive

I booked this house for my sisters who were coming down for the holidays, and it was absolutely perfect! Spacious, homey, and beautifully decorated — exactly like the pictures, if not better. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic: responsive, quick to answer any questions, and made sure everything was just right for their stay. My sisters didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this place especially for a group!

Our trip was made all the more special by our stay in Carol's beautiful home. It was full of wonderful art and artifacts and staying there was one of the highlights of our holiday. We all enjoyed the big, comfortable rooms, the lovely outside dining areas and appreciated all the amenities. The kids loved the sparkling pool and expansive, attractive garden. Carol was so friendly and relaxed and made us feel so welcome. We would wholeheartedly recommend their spot and hope we can stay there again in the near future.

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

This was our second stay at Elizabeth's home and once again perfect for our needs. The location is great for visiting places like Stellenbosch or diving through to Cape Town and the home is spacious, well-equipped and the estate is quiet and safe. Elizabeth is also the perfect host and her communication throughout our stay was excellent. We can't wait for our next visit!

Loved our girls trip weekend at David’s place. Super easy check in and clear instructions on how the house worked. Location was incredible, we walked for coffees and dinners and a short drive to surrounding wine farms and wine tram. So much to do in the area, we will be back!

We LOVED the house and felt very comfortable there. It is very quite, safe, close to the beach and the house is just beautiful. Very tasteful interior design and everything needed was there. We would love to come back some time. Definitely recommendable!!!
