Abszolút központi elhelyezkedés, szuper éttermek, reggeliző helyek, bárok a közelben. Nem kell taxi:) Ingyenes parkolás 100 méterre. Wifi, smart tv, mosógép, légkondi. Felszerelt konyha: kávéfőző, mosogatógép, indukciós főzőlap, mikró, alapvető eszközök. Tágas tetőtér, nagy belmagasság. Világos lakás sok zöld növénnyel.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
