Home by the River

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. We have 2 dogs and welcome well-behaved pets. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

Owners are next door. River and marina short block away within walking distance. Grocery store half a block away within walking distance. Downtown less than a mile. Galena about half hour. Iowa 5 min away and casino in Iowa 20-25 min. Palisades State Park 5 min away. This is a cozy cottage with use of deck and grill, and full amenities to cook in house if you like.
