Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Goolwa Beach

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! The photos did not do the place justice. We spent two nights with our two children and our friends and their child. I was worried it may be too small for us all but we stepped inside and we're amazed by the space with two separate living areas. The house has been so beautifully furnished. The beds were comfier than our own and every piece of furniture was stylish and homely. The showers were big rain style showers and the kids loved the big bath. The central heating kept us cosy while it was raining and windy outside and the outdoor space with the firepit was so lovely when we finally got a spot of sun. The location was great as it was close to town but still peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommended! Thanks again! :-)

We had a fantastic holiday at Surfrider Lodge, regardless of it being during winter there was still so much to do and to keep ourselves busy with. We loved the beautiful warm spa that even on the cold evenings was so warm, comfortable and relaxing. The games room provides so much entertainment and fun family times for everyone. My son loved the outdoor swing and trampoline, he spent time outside enjoying these every day we were there. The house was well equipped and everything we needed was supplied. Kylie was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking Surfrider Lodge, we loved our time here and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a lovely couple of days at Morgan’s house. The big grassy backyard was perfect for the kids to run around and burn some energy. We would definitely stay again 😊

Can highly recommend, Andrew and Heather were amazing hosts who went over and above in every aspect of travelling away from your home. Their home is so beautiful and stunningly located on the Golf course. Morning and evenings were spent on the deck listening and watching the birds along with golf enthusiasts hitting the ball. So peaceful and relaxing. It had everything imaginable and a well stocked pantry if required. Beds extremely comfortable with beautiful linen. We enjoyed a walk to Bombora Cafe for lunch and continued onto the Distillery and Cafe at Gallery. A perfect day out and a gentle walk in and back along the water. A 5m walk each morning to the beautiful Goolwa Beach, Cafe and Surf Club. Safe to say we all wanted to move in, we will be back ☺️

This Airbnb was clean, had all the amenities listed, perfect amount of utensils for all cooking. The most stunning views of the ocean from upstairs, well stocked products in the kitchen and bathrooms. This airbnb is great for a couples, families or a group of friends looking to get away and explore the area. Situated in the perfect area with a quiet neighbourhood and is a less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 5 minute drive from everything entertainment, shops, servos, wildlife parks, fast food, etc. We will be coming back!

This is my second stay, both times for a golf trip on the south coast. With expansive bedrooms and a large living space it’s ideal for a trip like ours. Everything in the house is clean contemporary and spacious. Outdoor area is perfect for dining or having a beer after golf as it’s protected from the wind. I highly recommend!!

Lianne has thought of everything to make a holiday house comfortable and practical. Lovely outdoor areas to sit and relax and for the kids to play. The undercover outdoor area is private enough to sit out with a coffee in the morning in your PJs. The two toilets were very handy for a larger family or group. The property is beautifully renovated and maintained and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal or use the pizza oven outside, with handy extras in the pantry like oil, salt and pepper, glad wrap, foil cooking trays etc available. The house would also lend itself to longer stays, with plenty of parking and a full laundry. The house is a short walking distance to the river and the nature play space for children and it is also easy to ride a bike as it is very flat, even for little kids! Highly recommend. My three year old is already asking when we can go back!

Magnificent weekend away with my besties. The spectacular view, the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful weather made this weekend just perfect. Another added bonus was seeing farm animals and kangaroos around the property. We also enjoyed the lovely decorated house and cosy comfort. We took in the views, chilled out, cooked all our own meals and drank SA wine. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were kind enough to let us check in a little earlier on the day. Just over an hour drive from the city, this property is a rare gem.

Absolutely superb - luxury & nature wrapped up in a beautiful package - wish we had a longer stay - amazing amenities with generous provisions supplied - we will definitely be back for another super relax!

Comfortable bed, great views from the balcony, quiet location, fully equipped kitchen. Added bonus of live music in the park on the Saturday night was great.

Absolutely incredible stay. Amazing way to disconnect from the world and get back in touch with a sense of self. The slef care amenities are fantastic, the black out option for the CABN gave us the best sleeps we have had in weeks. Complete serenity 🥰

After travelling in a campervan for a while it was great to stay in a cosy and inviting space for a couple of nights. Everything as described. Comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The spa was fun. Loved the starry night sky. Thank you.

The listing was accurate. Great location beautiful place to stay for a weekend away. Unfortunately we copped a really hot weekend but being a small space cool down quite quickly overnight. By leaving the doors open for a little bit and even the Aircon was fantastic.

My friend and I just spent a weekend away at Timothy and Helen's place for some much needed R&R, and it was perfect 👌 The beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the house and views out across the hills with grazing cows and horses 🙏 it was so peaceful and private. Sitting on the super comfy chairs on the deck in the day and down by fire pit at night, we had ourselves a little slice of nature heaven. We were also lucky enough to have had the company of Bazil and his friend the whole weekend, too 💗🐨🌳🐨💗 The house was rustic with so much charm and also super clean with all the finer touches from the comfortable high-quality bed linen to the organic chemical free personal care products in the bathrooms. It's evident that the hosts have put in a lot of work, love, and care into making this place a cosy haven away from home 😊 Far exceeds the photos, highly recommend 😊👌 We will definitely be back when we can.
