Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

I would like to commend Randall because he kept us informed fully about a furnace problem in the building that was beyond his control. We were able to find suitable alternate accommodation as we could not stay there. Randall updated us as information became available. He was concerned with our comfort and safety. Jim Connell

We visited Yorkton for work and stayed for a few nights in the loft. What a beautiful spot! Not only well designed and decorated, but a very convenient location. We will always stay here vs a hotel! Fantastic option for working professionals! Corey was a great host and so helpful. Very accommodating when we were almost storm stayed there as well! Thank you!
