Keyless electronic lock You will have the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all to yourself There are shampoo and body wash for you to use in the bathroom. Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

The main floor bedroom is small but has a single bed. Upstairs loft has a single bed and queen bed. Large back yard and we are pet friendly!
