Our Sunshine house has a full kitchen, open living room, two bedrooms, one large bathroom with two separate sinks and a large shower, laundry room and a large backyard. We have Fiber Wifi. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery, or just kick back and enjoy the spacious backyard with fairy lights.
