Staying in Victor's apartment was a great experience! The location is great — very close to the market and the beach, which makes everyday life much easier. The space is comfortable, well-equipped and has everything you need, including a fast internet, perfect for those who need to work remotely. Netflix TV was also a great extra. The air conditioner helps a lot on the hottest days, despite being a bit noisy. Overall, it was a super nice stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Victor!

The location is very good, it had everything we needed nearby. I liked that there were towels and bedding available, I found it very thoughtful. It also had two beach chairs and a small umbrella. There's just a shower stall missing in the bathroom, to avoid getting everything wet.

We were very well received by Maria and the staff of the building that helped carry the luggage. The ap was clean and has a side view to the beach of the living room and the bedrooms. It has a good size bathroom in the hallway and a small one in the service area. The service area is difficult to hang the clothes, but it has a washer that helps a lot. The well-equipped kitchen and has all necessary utensils. The owner left some coffee capsules to make and has a water filter in the kitchen. This is great ! The rooms with comfortable beds, only the double one is small for a man of 1.80. Sala has 4 reclining leather seats and a large TV with access to all platforms. Fast Internet. The view is beautiful! Roseni responds quickly to messages and was flexible with checkout.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

We rented the house to go to a nearby wedding and we were 10 people, the house is very large, the space accommodated everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen there were all the utensils, from large pots to forms, mixer, blender, we didn't need to bring anything from home, very complete. The rooms are well distributed, all being suites, very easy check-in, the stay was very peaceful and as everyone commented on the trip, it's a house that makes you happy to rent, if we go to Guarujá again, it's definitely where we'll stay. We thank the hosts for responding quickly, as I sent a message before leaving the house asking if there was a large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping in that regard. They were kind enough to leave toilet paper in the bathrooms, in the kitchen there was also a napkin, toothpick, things that in other stays I didn't have, the house has excellent security, the pool and barbecue were clean Finally, you can rent without fear

We loved the stay, the house is super comfortable, you can confirm the house is very cozy, we were with a lot of children the only thing that spoiled it was the rain, but because the house is comfortable having a pool and projector, we even made a movie theater lol. The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).
