Apartment vacation rentals in Gonnesa

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

Very nice home for holidays!

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

Enrico and his mother are two very friendly and hospitable patrons. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and independently, in a very quiet area. If I needed to come back, I would definitely choose to stay with them again. I highly suggest this Airbnb. I usually never do reviews, but I really felt at home with them.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Lovely apartment with a great view, located a few steps away from anything you might need. Mauro is a great host, extremely responsive and also proactive. Only downside is that the lift doesn’t work so not ideal if you have a lot to carry up - other than that, a great stay in Cagliari. We would go back :)

We had a great time at this place! Alessandro is a very responsive and welcoming host. The space was very clean. Regarding its location: since it is located in the city center, the surroundings are noisy. However, it didn't bother us that much. To park, it's true that it's not always easy. Alessandro told us about lots of different parking spaces (paid and unpaid). We parked in a free parking lot a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There was always room and we never had any problems. Thanks again to Alessandro. I would recommend this great host and this convenient apartment for a vacation stay. ☺️

My wife and I found the apartment to be well-equipped and very clean. It has two balconies—one facing east and the other west—allowing us to enjoy the sun at both ends of the day. Perd'e Sali, located just outside of Pula, doesn't have many facilities or much of a beach, but the warm, turquoise sea is delightful and comes up very close to the property. In the area, there is only one café, one restaurant, and a pharmacy by the harbour, which is a pleasant ten minute walk from the apartment. Anna provides a couple of bicycles for her guests, but having a car is essential if you want to go further afield. Pula has many good Italian restaurants and a great supermarket, Jolly's. Additionally, there are some beautiful beaches and coastlines south of Chia, which is about a 30-minute drive from Perd'e Sali. We recommend this property, and Anna was a lovely host.

Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

a great apartment in the heart of cagliari! It’s on a side street so you still have some quiet but you’re steps away from the main streets and public transportation. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities provided. Cristian was a great help in anything I needed! It was great having central air conditioning too

We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Everything was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal — all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. Federica, our host, was incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, she responded almost immediately. She also recommended many great restaurants and local markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products — which was an amazing experience for us. Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning. The outdoor space was lovely as well and would have been perfect for spending more time outside, but unfortunately, it was a bit too windy during our stay. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
