Très bonne qualité d'accueil, logement spacieux, propre, tout confort et bien aménagé avec un accès très simple et rapide au métro, ligne directe pour se rendre au coeur de Paris. un extérieur vraiment très agréable . J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. je recommande.

Nossa estadia de uma semana em Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine foi simplesmente fantástica. O apartamento é, sem dúvida, um achado em Paris: muito novo, confortável, moderno e, além disso, conta com uma garagem — o que foi essencial para nós, pois tínhamos a intenção de explorar os arredores de Paris, especialmente os castelos (châteaux). O imóvel está situado em uma região de construções recentes, bastante agradável e funcional. Há dois pequenos mercados próximos que atendem perfeitamente às necessidades de uma estadia como a nossa. Em poucos minutos, também tínhamos acesso à linha 14 do metrô, que leva à estação Châtelet em cerca de 20 minutos. Enfim, recomendamos vivamente o apartamento e a estadia com a anfitriã Fanny. Essa experiência reacendeu em nós a antiga paixão que temos por esta cidade tão especial.

This place little further away from tourist locations, but walkable to Eiffel and most importantly very safe (secure access to building) and clean. Having Monoprix and shopping mall next door was very convenient. Ian is very responsive and easy to communicate. Place is exactly same as mentioned in description. The only thing is A/C unit is only in living room . Normally A/C however it may not require as unit is on high floor and plenty of airflow by opening windows. (Need to be careful if there is high wind)

Logement correspondant à la description dans un quartier et une petite résidence hyper chouette. Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, tout y est (pour se reposer, cuisiner, prendre un brin d’air sur la terasse…) Léa est très reactive A recommander+++

The host was very kind and we loved the location. It was close to the bus stop and metro as well as plenty of food options close by!

Guillaume est un hôte très réactif et sympathique qui vous donnera tous les renseignements nécessaires sur l'appartement. L'appartement est très proche de la gare à pied, bien aménagé et optimisé. Tout est soigné et confortable. Seul bémol auquel les hôtes ne peuvent malheureusement pas grand chose, l'isolement sonore entre les étages et entre les pièces qui n'est pas au top. Cela n'enlève pas le soin apporté à l'aménagement et au logement (jusqu'au café/thé/chocolat fourni pour le matin), la proximité à Paris, l'optimisation de l'espace et le rapport qualité-prix. Pas de regrets d'avoir choisi cette location !

very fast responsive host and communicative. close to airport, it is also not so far from city. but depends on traffic hour. unit was quite big. love the huge groceries nearby this complex.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and excellent value—especially for Paris. It’s well-located, just 5-10 minutes walk from a main train station with easy access to public transit and all major attractions within 30-50 minutes using a day pass. Kevin was truly outstanding—friendly, respectful, and one of the best hosts I’ve met. He was very responsive and communicative, and despite being a native French speaker, his English was great. He took time to explain everything clearly during check-in, even though we arrived late at 11 PM. The kitchen had all basics for cooking, and amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and stove matched the listing perfectly. There was a minor quirk with the building door, but Kevin had a simple solution—it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. His warmth and hospitality made us feel at home. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again if I return to Paris.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

L’appartement est charmant, lumineux et bien équipé. La chambre est agréable avec une bonne literie. L’accueil et la communication avec Alexandra ont été impeccables. Je recommande ++

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Logement parfait : accessibilité/proximité des transports, calme, propre, bien rangé et comportant tous les équipes nécessaires. Mathieu est très réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

Beau petit logement parfait pour 2 adultes avec 2 enfants. Le quartier est très vivant c’était vraiment un séjour très agréable. Je recommande si vous chercher un logement près d’asterix c’est top 👍

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, situé dans une rue au calme. Idéal pour un passage par le parc Astérix ou le château de Chantilly. Kamel nous accueilli lui même, ce qui est un petit plus.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.
