Design apartment (my home !) recently refurbished located in Goncourt neighbourhood only a few streets away from Canal St-Martin and from Le Marais. You'll be delighted to discover this groovy neighboorhood and the rest of Paris (easily accessible from here) and then relax on the sofa enjoying a patisserie from one of the boulangeries or bakeries downstairs (Yann Couvreur is just round the corner). *! Elevator, bathtub, fireplace in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around, close to the Saint-Martin Canal and not far from République, Le Marais, Belleville. Metro 2 minutes away (Goncourt line 11). Two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with an 80 x 200 bed. The bathroom is bright and consists of a bathtub and sink.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
