You'll be delighted to discover this groovy neighboorhood and the rest of Paris (easily accessible from here) and then relax on the sofa enjoying a patisserie from one of the boulangeries or bakeries downstairs (Yann Couvreur is just round the corner). *! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Cozy, pleasant, convenient, ideal for having a great experience in Paris. Elevator, bathtub, fireplace in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around, close to the Saint-Martin Canal and not far from République, Le Marais, Belleville. Metro 2 minutes away (Goncourt line 11). Two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with an 80 x 200 bed. The bathroom is bright and consists of a bathtub and sink.

This an atypical flat, full of charm, bright and sunny, perfect place for a couple. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. The bedroom is located on the courtyard (beautiful courtyard with town house), very peaceful and quiet, protected from the Faubourg. 4th floor without elevator.
