You'll be delighted to discover this groovy neighboorhood and the rest of Paris (easily accessible from here) and then relax on the sofa enjoying a patisserie from one of the boulangeries or bakeries downstairs (Yann Couvreur is just round the corner). *! Located in a typically Parisian old building, the apartment is a large and bright 50sqm (538ft2) 1-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and decorated by an architect (myself). You can feel the atmosphere of both traditional Parisian and contemporary retro styles. The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Cozy, pleasant, convenient, ideal for having a great experience in Paris. Elevator, bathtub, fireplace in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around, close to the Saint-Martin Canal and not far from République, Le Marais, Belleville. Metro 2 minutes away (Goncourt line 11). Two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with an 80 x 200 bed. The bathroom is bright and consists of a bathtub and sink.
