If you want to take time for yourself and take a break from the chaos of the city, my house is just for you. The sense of peace provided by the calmness and ambiance will remain an unforgettable experience for you from your vacation. I decorated the house myself, thinking about every detail, and I was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which makes you feel the atmosphere of the highlands, is in Ayvalık - Tıfıllar village. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

Our villa is located in Intaland Sevgi Village. In the first room, there is 1 double bed. The room has 2 single beds It has a private Blue Flag beach. There are areas on the beach such as pier, dressing and changing cabins, umbrellas and sun loungers, shower areas, toilet, parking and free of charge. Air conditioning and internet There are two restaurants, volleyball, basketball and football fields by the sea within the resort. The beach is a 10 minute walk. Our 1.5 ton water tank is available

It is the newest and largest villa site in the region. There is air conditioning in every room of our house where you can enjoy the garden and patio with your loved ones. While walking peacefully at sunset, you can stop by the viewing terrace and enjoy the sunset or play beach volleyball. You can reach places such as Ayvalık, Cunda, Edremit in a maximum of 20 minutes.
