There is a shuttle service from the site entrance to the seaside every day between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. It is 500 meters from the sea, 30 meters from the market and 50 meters from the communal pool. A holiday home where you will enjoy the beauty of Ayvalık and Edremit Bay, with its indispensable nature, the depth of its ancient history, and the recent history of the population exchange :)

Open parking area, playground, basketball court are available within the site. You can reach the center of Ayvalık in 10 minutes by car, and it is possible to get there by minibus from the front of the site. Ayvalık Kitesurfing sports area is within walking distance.

If you want to take time for yourself and take a break from the chaos of the city, my house is just for you. The sense of peace provided by the calmness and ambiance will remain an unforgettable experience for you from your vacation. I decorated the house myself, thinking about every detail, and I was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which makes you feel the atmosphere of the highlands, is in Ayvalık - Tıfıllar village. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

We welcome our guests who want to swim in the clear waters of the Aegean and have a peaceful holiday with their families to our villa.

Artur or Ar-Kent Holiday Site is the second biggest holiday site of Europe in the unique coves of the North Aegean, located on an area of 2.165.000 m2, 1.5 hours to Balıkesir, 2 hours to Izmir and 30 minutes to Ayvalık. The house is located at Marti Bay and is only few steps away from the sea. It has an amazing sea view and a tranquil garden. The house is renovated in 2018.
