This place is a paradise. Absolutely stunning view from the property, helpful and polite hosts and a place that speaks a thousand words. Our stay here was the highlight of the trip with spectacular views and approachable hosts for any issues faced during the stay.

Nice and comfortable at reasonable price

Everything is going well with easy check in and well maintained environment. So far we quite enjoy the stays. Just to take note for future users, might need to be really controlling your voice or volume, as there is a super sensitive neighbour who might be a bit aggressive to any noises even during evening, not midnight. But other than that, this unit is worth with its price and environment.

The place was incredibly cozy and instantly felt like home. Check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free, which made the whole stay even more convenient. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly and kindly. The house was well-maintained — my family and I absolutely loved our time here. The only thing I wished for was a few more power plugs for charging our devices, but everything else was wonderful. It really made our trip extra enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back again if we get the chance!

A great place to stay when traveling with a large group of people. Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds available. Place was also clean when we arrived. Rain was also very responsive when we encountered any issues. Highly recommended for large group of friends or family.

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

PERFECT! MY RAYA OPENHOUSE WAS A PERFECT NIGHT AND COULD NOT BE BETTER! A VERY NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND EASY ACCESS TO LRT TAIPAN, ROSYAM ETC, ROOMS HAVE MANY BEDS CAN ACTUALLY FIT MORE THAN 18PEOPLE! NICE FOR GATHERING, MASSIVE KITCHEN AND NICE MASTER ROOM DESIGN! FELT VERY EXCLUSIVE! WILL DEFINATELY REPEAT AND THANK YOU ADRIAN FOR LETTING US DO AN EVENT HERE AT YOUR BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Central iCity Mall. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!

While the building itself looks like it may be a bit dated, Zsa Zsa’s unit is very nice. It is well furnished and she provides a lot of the creature comforts one would want when staying at an apartment or a home away from home. She also provides great recommendations about places to eat nearby. Zsa Zsa is probably amongst the best of the best hosts on AirBnB, I would imagine. I loved my 2nd stay with her so much that I decided to book another stay with her less than a week later! This was my 3rd stay with her and it was the same thing. Whenever there was an issue, she was very responsive and it was dealt with immediately. One small issue this time was that the building only had 1 working elevator (in a bank of 3) most of the time. This did lead to some long waits (at times). In any case, I would highly recommend the place overlooking Sunway Lagoon and Zsa Zsa as a host. I had a wonderful experience (yet again) and look forward to future stays here when I am in the area.

Staying here for the second time! The place is still equally well maintained and clean. Faizal was very responsive and allowed us to check in even though we were arriving late at night. Would highly recommend and will be back again if visiting KL again.
