The house is a real gem! We had our own private bay just steps away from the house! Stunning view, clear water, perfect for swimming and snorkeling all day long. The house was spacious enough for 5 people, it had all the amenities you would need for a week or even longer. The area of Capo Testa is quite secluded and you need to go to Santa Teresa Gallura for restaurants and supermarkets. Mateo and the people from the agency are very cooperative and nice. Overall a perfect vacation!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Residence on the port and Maddalena island views

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Stunning authentic place right in the centre of the old town, it was exactly as described yet the photos hardly did it justice, stepping in from the street was just like going back in time to very traditional living quarters up a steep flight of stairs, with all original furnishings - but with mod cons tastefully hidden, absolutely beautiful. An even steeper wooden staircase led to the very tasteful traditional bedroom and the terrace with the most incredible views of the sea - we could hardly believe it even though we knew what to expect! It honestly was one of the most stunning places we've ever stayed in. Lovely tasteful bedlinen, quirky bath/shower, spacious fridge/freezer & hob and well equipped kitchen (with very thoughtful welcome treats of wine, and biscuits left by Beatrice) - who was a delightful, helpful host. Bonifacio was fascinating, lots of history, great restaurants, amazing coastal walks, wonderful day in Lavezzo Island, did'nt hire a car so walked everywhere.

We felt very comfortable at the place! This is mainly due to the wonderful location. The beach is just a staircase (with the choice between several) and the location on Capo Testa is unique, so you can walk to breathtaking and partly secluded coves. The decor of the apartment is pretty simple but we still didn't miss anything. The apartment does not have a private balcony but in the garden there is a terrace which we have often used. In the bedroom there is air conditioning and the temperature there was pleasant. However, what you need to know is that there is no air conditioning in the living area and it can be quite warm during the day. The communication with Fabio and his wife was friendly, reliable and made us feel good from the beginning. I would book it again at any time!

Gloria is 100% reliable, organized and thought of everything! It gives tips for markets and neighboring places. She responds immediately or in a few minutes! The location is perfect for relaxing and you can retreat to the cute apartment after excursions and enjoy the magnificent view at any time of day! The supermarket is just a stone's throw away and has typical Sardinian but also national products at reasonable prices! All the people in the area were very friendly and accommodating. Two restaurants close by! I recommend the Yachting Club Vela Blu, which is very nice and you can also take the pizza to the apartment. I visited 6 swimming coves and beaches in the immediate vicinity. However, there are still countless swimming coves and beaches. Rotondo and Golfo Aranci are 10 min. by car! It was a very nice holiday! Tutto Fantastico!
