The apartment offers an intimate atmosphere and is cared for in every detail. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and just a few minutes from the square where you can take the ferry service to the island of Tavolara. There are supermarkets, restaurants, a bank, a laundry room, and shops of various kinds in the immediate vicinity.

It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities.
