Di recente ristrutturazione, con arredamento ed elettrodomestici nuovi, comprende una zona giorno/cucina con divano letto e una camera matrimoniale. Il bagno, cieco ma dotato di aspirazione forzata, è stato anch'esso rinnovato. E' fruibile uno spazio esterno dotato di un salottino.
