Family-friendly vacation rentals in Golden Grove

Not a modern villa and price reflects this. It's good value and well equipped, has good wi fi, and all 4 bedrooms have air con. Great location and views. As a mixed age family group we found it a good base to explore the island from. A downside not within the owners control is that one of the approach roads is steep and poorly maintained so you have to find the best way up it to avoid the holes. The owner was very flexible about a late departure and we really appreciated this. We enjoyed the pool and walking down to the local beach at Stonehaven were there are a couple of decent places for lunch.

I really don't know where to start as from start to finish our stay was incredible... to the point I cried when we left! the lodge we stayed in was perfect.. clean, spacious, it had everything we needed. views from the balcony were spectacular.. from dawn till dusk and even through the night. the abundance of nature is amazing, bird song, crickets, fireflies dancing in their hundreds one night, to the sky at night littered with millions of stars!!! Claudia who welcomed us and stays on site is a true diamond, anything you need she will provide and always with a lovely smile. I will miss our conversations, giggles and her wealth of knowledge of the area, local village and Tobago as a whole, Claudia is a god send and made our stay that much more special. if you want somewhere to relax, escape, experience the real environment and feel of the island then I can recommend Andrew's lodges 10000% I would completely agree with hiring a 4x4 vehicle, please do this for ease 😊

WOW WOW WOW let’s just say that the photos and description doesn’t do this place justice at all!!! Danny and his whole team have been absolutely amazing there no words in this world how attentive and caring they truly are :) The views from the balcony was just magical to wake up every morning with a cup of coffee it truly is a taste of paradise! The kitchen was well and truly equipped with everything anyone could ever ask for it had for international and local equipment like a tawa and dhal swizzle stick which was a wonderful surprise there was even an option for a private chef which unfortunately we wasn’t able to make use of :( From top to bottom the place was absolutely spotless I loved the little details from the freshly picked flowers to the towel art and welcome note never have I experienced such amazing service I can’t thank Ysa enough :) the pool is well maintained and is glorious To sum up our trip this place is so perfect and magical little get away from the hustle:)

Uxua's property was beautiful! It was exactly as described and more than lived up to the photos. The Plantations have their own security entrances, one main (always open) and one side entrance (closed 9pm-7am), which were always manned with friendly, but alert, staff. The location was the perfect balance of private while being close to most attractions (Pigeon Point Beach, Crown Point (Airport), and Buccoo. There are other things to see in Tobago but you could easily spend a long weekend or full week in just the south of the island and have plenty to see and do. For this, Uxua's property is the perfect base! The villa assistant Greta met us on arrive and showed us about, she also came to check on us on Mon, Wed and Fri (before we left) to make sure everything was okay and offered to wash our towels and bedding. Really couldn't have asked for more! It might be on the other side of the planet, but if I'm ever in T&T again, I would stay here again without hesitation! Thank you!

Fantastic little cottage. Bedroom area is big and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean and shower is spacious. Nice big closet. Kitchen area is small but enough to cook for two. Kitchen table was barely used as we spent the majority of the time on the covered porch. Beautiful grounds. Natalia was always professional and kind as well as available to answer questions. We loved it so much we extended our stay! Google maps getting here was a bit off with finding it but we managed to find it with a little help. It’s close to everything by car. We are glad we chose this location rather than a beach location as we are less than a 10 minute drive to several. The privacy is worth it and we are all ready planning to come back!

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet area. Enough space for everyone. I would recommend to anyone wanting to get away from it all and enjoy some time for relaxation and rejuvenation all at your own pace or for a large family holiday.

This beautiful villa was the perfect location for us and our family while we attended a wedding at nearby Rose and Pristine Villa. Very clean and really loved the pool! But the ceiling fans didn’t work and the air conditioning in one of the upstairs bedrooms wasn’t very cool additionally the one in the downstairs bedroom showed an error code the whole time, but it worked just fine. It is a beautiful property and I would definitely recommend it

Spacious and comfortable apartment, close to a good beach and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful.

Hibiscus is in a beautiful location, just the sound of the ocean waves 24/7 was relaxing. The kids loved swimming in the pool after a day tour to the variety of pristine beaches. The locals and neighbors were all friendly and fun to chat with. The home itself has a great set-up for large families, clean and has the basics. We look forward to coming back!

We stayed here as a group of 9 adults with two infants, and it was honestly the perfect place for us. The house was super spacious and comfortable. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which made things so much easier. We never felt cramped at all, even with a big group. The infinity pool was definitely a highlight! We spent so much time out there just relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. It was peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed. The home had everything we needed for a smooth and stress-free stay, and it was also great for the little ones. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Would 100% come back and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Tobago getaway.

Frankie and Roland were truly exceptional hosts – they treated us like family, were flexible (allowing us a later checkout), and were just such warm and genuine people (my son accidentally broke a plate and they were so kind to him and understanding) The apartment itself was luxurious, with a spacious and well-thought-out layout. The furniture design was original and stylish, adding a unique charm to the place. The kitchen was enormous and had everything we needed for our stay. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view of Bacolet Bay and the sunrise every morning. The location was perfect: just a 3-minute walk to the beach through a lush, beautiful garden, complete with goats peacefully grazing along the way. While the internet was occasionally a bit patchy, it was accessible in every room and didn’t detract from our overall experience. We absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Tobago.

Great location, excellent villa and fantastic hosts

My only regret is not booking longer in this lovely cottage. We stayed as a group of 4 and it was very comfortable. I could easily see someone spending a month or so here very happily. The location is great, beautiful surroundings, very quiet and just. a short walk to the village (which is much nosier having now stayed nearer the beach). The little dog that 'guards' the houses is a really sweet and we enjoyed her quiet company for coffee in the mornings. Squirrels, birds and bats we're all spotted but thankfully mosquitos were limited outside and no problem inside the house at all. it's definitely where I would stay when we come back to Tobago again.

I had a fantastic two week stay at Inga’s place. The space is large, well-appointed, and full of Inga’s unique art. It’s also less than ten minutes on foot to a spectacular beach. The nearby town doesn’t have too much going on food-wise, so it’s smart to stock up on groceries. I was working remotely and the internet connection was strong and consistent, able to handle many video calls. Inga is the consummate host, always responsive and attentive to her guests’ needs. Her dog is also a sweetheart and came down often to hang out. It’s a big house set back in the Tobagonian bush so there’s lots of critters, but Inga does her best to keep things tidy. If staying long, it’s worth doing a little upkeep yourself. Make sure you bring insect repellent. The apartment itself has many thoughtful touches that go above and beyond to make this an excellent stay (beach towels, laundry powder, various handy kitchen utensils). I had a fantastic time and would certainly return. Thank you Inga!

Great hospitality, I felt at home imidiately . Two very gentle ladies picked me from the airport and Duke himself drove me to Scarborough when leaving. The accomodation was comfortable as was the bed with big space and ocean view on the terasse . The kitchen Was very well equipped and hot water for shower througout. l iked everything and now sending warm regards to Dorleen and Duke. Very mich recommended.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! There were six of us and we felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. Dawn was lovely and took the time to explain everything clearly and in such a friendly, unrushed way. The house had everything we needed, and the location was spot on. It actually looks even better in person than in the photos! We really appreciated the personal touches in the décor — it made the space feel warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. angel fish is set in a quiet private residential area .Maurice the host was always on hand to answer any queries I had The house is spacious and clean with a lovely pool and jacuzzi laundry room and well appointed kitchen. The house is beautiful but in need of a spruce up in arrears However this did not affect our stay 5 minutes walk to numerous restaurants 15 minutes walk to Stor Bay 20 to Pigeon Point Great stay and would certainly return

Diane was great. Her responses to my messages were prompt and helpful with providing very accurate directions from the airport to the villa. My kids ages 11, 10, and 9 loved all the extra space and enjoyed the pool every day. Everyone that we met in the villa community was very helpful and extremely pleasant. We love Tobago and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at David's place was just what the doctor ordered! This spot is absolutely gorgeous and my family and I were extremely comfortable, relaxed and able to unwind. The space provided suited everyone's needs across 3 generations. Although we brought some of our own games, the kids really enjoyed using the board games provided. The only thing we may consider changing would be the size of the pool, but this was not a big issue and I suppose it fit in with the intended style and design. The property manager, Duane, was super responsive, polite, and professional, and checked in on us periodically which I greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! No complaints and Thurston was very helpful, cool, responsive and chill. Anything we needed he was there to help with and also gave a lot of recommendations based on what you wanna do. The place was easy to find and very spacious. Had everything you’d need and you feel very at home. The doggy was really nice and always happy to welcome you home lol. All in all I definitely would be back if ever I decide to come back to Tobago for vacation again. Thanks again

We had a great stay in Tobago at Birdie's nest. The place is beautiful, the pool is great and the beach is just a few steps away. It's lush and green, with a beautiful garden. Prince was a great host, both friendly and responsive. He also offers car rental and airport pickup and drop-off, which was very convenient, since the place is at the end of the village.

This Airbnb is perfect for staying near Buccoo. It’s in a quiet area but still close enough to walk to buccoo which is ideal if you want to attend Sunday school (Steel band and loud music on a Sunday). Despite the incredible speakers in the town, you can’t hear anything at the villa so it’s perfect. Bedrooms are spacious and all have toilets. Kitchen is good. Pool is good. Gym wasn’t anything special but at least it’s better than nothing. The pool table was good but could do with some newer/heavier pool cues. Cindy was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed her. She was very lovely. Overall very good place 9/10

We had a truly wonderful stay in Tobago! The studio was spotless and exceptionally comfortable, with two large beds and breathtaking views of the sea. Angela was an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She offered great suggestions for places to visit and arranged trusted taxi services that made exploring the island easy and stress-free. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from a stunning beach and a refreshing freshwater pool. The lush, well-maintained grounds are full of life, with chickens and their chicks wandering freely and the occasional appearance of a charming mockingbird adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Despite being just five minutes from the airport, the apartment was perfectly peaceful—we didn’t hear a single aircraft during our stay. The onsite restaurant was a lovely bonus. We enjoyed several meals there, all of which were delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended f
