Close to downtown restaurants/shopping (9 min), beaches/Naples Pier (14 min). DOG POLICY: Only after owner's approval, a non-shedding small dog is allowed with $100 per dog non-refundable fee (2 dog maximum).

Home has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths, entire home and pool deck has travertine. Nice landscaping around the home. All bedrooms have good tv package. Furnishings are very good. Home has very comfortable feel. Large screen lanai has insulated roof, stays cool. The heated pool is large, 45 feet long, 3 sheer descending falls and has 6 led colored lights. Home is very tranquil and in a quiet area, just down the street to 5th ave shops and restaurants. New Publics food store just across street.

A pet friendly (extra charge)and work-friendly accommodation with high-speed internet. Fully equipped, laundry room with provided laundry essentials. The kitchen is fully stocked. New Model home, brand new house all new and furniture. Pine ride jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.
