The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently renovated with high standards of aesthetics. A fully equipped kitchen, a sunny and cool living room, a cozy bedroom with a queen size double comfy bed and a lovely small balcony are all yours. Fresh bath towels and bed linen, tips about Crete, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town are provided so that you feel like a local. During your stay we will assist you any time needed. Hello everybody ! My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. An ideal spot for friends or couples to discover real Crete. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently fully renovated in creative and effortless way. A small balcony with mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen,a sunny and cool living room and a cozy bedroom with a double comfy bed are all yours ! You will also be pleased to find lots of English books, a high-speed internet connection, a coffee machine, air conditioning and fresh cretan products that will be waiting for you in the house to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Fresh bath towels and bed linens, tips about Crete, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town are provided so that you feel like a local. During your stay we will assist you any time needed. Within walking distance you will find the Central Bus Station (400 m.), grocery stores, supermarkets (300 m) and a pharmacy (100 m.) In case you want to take a trip , the exotic beach of Falassarna, the astonishing lagoon of Balos and the breathtaking Samaria gorge are highly reccomended! My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

Το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι της Ελένης είναι ένα ωραίο πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο σπίτι με αυλή, ακριβώς μπροστά στη δημοφιλή παραλία "Χρυσή Ακτή". Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, σαλόνι, 2 ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια. Μέσα στην αυλή υπάρχει χώρος για να παρκάρετε το αυτοκίνητό σας. Μόνο 10-15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της πόλης και μόλις 100 μ. από τη στάση του λεωφορείου το οποίο περνά κάθε 15 λεπτά. Μίνι και σούπερ μάρκετ σε κοντινή απόσταση και καντίνες για ποτό ή ελαφρύ φαγητό.

The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It was our first time in Greece, Crete and it was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures, amazing view and perfect for 6 people. The elevator inside the house was perfect and the kitchen was lovely to spend time cooking and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and a beautiful, warm, shallow beach that was perfect for our family. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and had more bathrooms than any Airbnb we've ever booked, which made a big difference for our large group. The pool was a lot of fun, even without heating, and the jacuzzi was a great bonus. The place was spotless and truly felt like a hidden gem right in the city—hard to believe you can find something this nice in such a convenient location. Nicolas, the host, was fantastic. He provided a helpful written guide and surprised us with several thoughtful freebies. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!

We loved this place. The balcony was very large with a direct view of the sea. There was a natural swimming area in front of the place that was perfect for a dip anytime. The sunsets were amazing. It is close enough to walk to the Chania city center, but a car is recommended to visit the many beaches on the island. Elpida was always available for any guidance that was needed. The place is a gem we hope to visit again!

Karolina and Jadwiga are very pleasant hosts and communication between us was always very quick and helpful. Check-in works perfectly. However, Google Maps showed the neighboring building for us. However, the accommodation is advertised outside and that's how you find it. The accommodation itself is excellent: modern kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful rooms. And the outdoor area with sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs, barbecue areas and beach is phenomenal! The only thing that is a bit disturbing: You are right on the main road and in the house itself you can still hear this noise well.
