Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Golden Beach

Pictures don’t do this place ANYYYY justice! Had the most amazing anniversary trip at this condo! Literally the only place to stay when in Miami! Complete luxury! Will definitely be the only place I stay any time I’m in the area! JC was very responsive and kind! Also Sunday brunch buffet at Terrazas on the 9th floor 10/10!!! Loved everything about our stay! ♥️♥️

Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

The hosts were flexible and graciously allowed some date changes. Self check in was a breeze. As a guy who removes shoes indoors, I loved how absolutely clean this home was! Floors, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless! The unit was well appointed and well maintained (far far better than the average Airbnb), making it easy to cook. We noticed that the washer was tagged as out of order one day and replaced super quickly, showing how attentive the hosts are to their property. I wish all properties were managed to this standard! We really felt at home here!

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Great experience overall! First time using a resort for an Airbnb and glad I did! The convenience of having the beach and pool in the same place especially with having two kids is key to having a vacation as a parent. They were so nice to even provide a crib to help us with our infant which was beyond words. They also were flexible in letting us leave our luggage at the reception and let us use the pool/ beach until it was time to check in. The view of the beach from the balcony was breath taking! The only thing I would say is the rugs do need some love. Besides that, all in all I would come here again and recommend!

Host was very responsive to all my needs at the home. The home was peaceful and the swimming pool area was fun. Great location, not far from beaches and easy drive to the mall.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

House is perfect if you have car and traveling like us. But if you don't have car and want to see something (beaches, Miami Beach, downtown) it's a bit too far for walking. For example nearest beach is about 1hour walk, if you have car, like 10-15min and very easy to reach.

All the areas was cleaned Except for the master bathroom Some need to be done in that bathroom Other than that everything was perfect

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. The only sad moment was leaving. Our family will never forget this home, and we WILL BE BACK! Thank you Luis and Leo for sharing your place with the world. 5 star! CHEFS KISS! Book IT!!!

John is a standout host! Needed a place to stay on an overnight layover, and this was just what I needed. John facilitated a late checkout and I was able to enjoy the pool as well. Very convenient location close to the airport and cruise ports.

The house is beautifully appointed with tasteful accoutrements in cool and calming colors throughout the house. The beach is very close and has a gentle sloping for a long distance with clear waters, which was a welcome surprise. There’s a great trail along the beach, which made for a pleasant bike ride. There was some construction in front street when we were there, but the hurricane windows and doors made the house very quiet, so we didn’t hear the noise inside. Rocky was very responsive and helpful! Beautiful and relaxing place!

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

The place was clean, the host very responsive, and the view spectacular. The only minor compliant was the A/C rattled in the wall occasionally but I am am very particular so many might not even notice. The value for the money was great.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.

The place was lovely and Shawn made the stay very enjoyable. Great communication! Precise instructions, extremely helpful and accommodating. Property was spotless. Will definitely reserve this property again.
