The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including all the kitchen appliances. It was spotless and well-maintained. The host checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Everything was great! we didn’t have any problems at all. Amazing Host - Management company had a lot of new hires, but overall amazing.

This was a last-minute emergency situation because I had issues with piping in my house. Since that was happening, I also took advantage of having the house fumigated. So finding this place was an absolute gem. Carlos was incredible. Helped my mother and I through a tough time as far as having an affordable last-minute place to stay.

El departamento es exactamente igual a lo mostrado en las fotos. Muy grande, comodo y muy luminoso. Completamente equipado para pasar los días ahí, no solo con ítems de la casa sino también para la playa. La ubicación es excelente, a menos de dos cuadras de la playa y de fácil acceso para ir a diferentes lugares de la ciudad. El trato con Débora fue siempre rápido y amable, siempre estuvo atenta a las consultas que le hicimos, 100% recomendable, si volviera, seguro volvería a este departamento

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic! It’s spacious, comfortable, and being on the ground floor made coming and going super convenient. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy the ocean without needing to use the car. The building has parking and laundry facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. Plus, it’s surrounded by shops and restaurants, so we always had great options nearby. We would definitely love to come back!

Place was great, loved the view, at the beginning i wanted to be higher up since i was on the 7th floor. But then I loved it, do to the fact that I was able to park on the 6th floor and not needing to wait for an elevator nor pay/wait for valet. The entire apartment was awesome, the view and the pool was amazing. Had to walk a little to get to Frank’s spot on the beach after the shuttle bus drops you off. No biggy just a little walk down the beach, but it was well worth it. I had an amazing stay, the view from the 7th floor was breathtaking, and waking up to the stunning sight of the water every morning was a dream come true. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-furnished, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, and I enjoyed every moment of my time there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing beach vacation in Miami!

Beautiful beach condo. Great access to elevators and laundry! Convenient in and out parking. Liliana was a lovely hostess and very helpful during our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again.

JC was an amazing host and his property matched the pictures, listings and descriptions. He was very responsive and proactive with exact instructions which made my check in, stay and check out all seamless . His property was clean and decorative and was also very comfortable. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that felt incredibly safe. The host was very thoughtful and even left us snacks and water, which we really appreciated after a long trip. What really made the experience even better were all the amenities available on the property. There was a great pool, a basketball court, and plenty of other things to do right on-site—it felt like a mini resort! We are a family of four and it was great to have a spacious rooms to spend 2 nights. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed our time there so much. Ritta was so nice and flexible with our travel plan and always very responsive. Thank you so much!!

Great view of Hollywood Beach from the PentHouse! The place looked bigger in person than in the pictures so that was a big plus. Just make sure to plan for long elevator waits on the weekends!

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.
