Belinda took care of our group beyond beyond . We were made very welcome . We were also treated with immense kindness . Belinda’s beautiful offerings to our group retreat were incredibly heartfelt. Recommend this property for a stay. and small group retreat works so well in the dwelling .

Peaceful and quiet, just what we were after. Locals are all happy, chatty and very friendly. Definitely worth a visit or maybe even longer, and definitely bring some bug spray for the sand flies. Clean tidy and up to expectations

Catherine was an amazing host and went out of her way to make us very comfortable at the property. It is so peaceful and amazing there. So many animals to see and so relaxing. The house is even better in person. We loved it that much we have already booked two more stays there.

Caroline met us at the cottage, walked us through and showed us everything. We also received great clear instructions on how to access the property. Cottage was so beautiful, peaceful and private, we loved our stay.

A tranquil spot in the bush, that lets you wake up to the sounds of birds, I greatly enjoyed my time here. The host were polite and unobtrusive and it was clean with a decent amount of room. While we did spend most of our time out and about, going back to the Airbnb felt like coming back to peace and simplicity and would always feel like a welcome place to rest at the end of a long day.

A great little country escape on the coast. An older style home with so much character and charm. A stunning indoor dining living space, which we enjoyed a lot as it rained on our stay. The place is stunning rain or shine. The outdoor bathroom was so different and a great feature!!! Outdoor showers were an experience - amazing👌

Absolutely beautiful stay, incredibly peaceful, if you need to get away then this place is exactly that and you don’t have to go to the middle of nowhere. Lovely family owned business, very friendly and could’ve spent forever exploring the grounds.

We had a fantastic stay at Jess’ beautiful property — truly a perfect getaway for families with kids! The property is peaceful, and incredibly spacious, giving the children plenty of room to run around and explore safely. There were so many activities to keep them entertained — from the outdoor pool to exploring nature and the fire pit was the biggest hit — it was hard to get them to come inside! The location is also perfect with only a 20min drive to Hosanna farm and 30 min drive to Coolangatta and the beaches. The house itself felt like a home away from home; fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had a question, and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly rural escape.

Our 3 children requested a farm holiday and Illinbah Farmhouse sure delivered and captured our hearts. The scenery is breathtaking. The house is furnished so beautifully with all the comforts one would desire. The children especially loved the fire pit, all the free space to roam, the animals to feed, the creek to play in and the water hole adjoining the property. The property is not far from Thunderbird Park which is a must for families. We fossicked for thundereggs and walked away with some amazing rocks. Drew and Bree were exceptional hosts and we would love to visit again someday.

It is an amazing place, what a paradise. We really love our stay there. Kari & Mark were very friendly. The place was plenty tidy and clean and we loved that. I would recommend for sure this place to my friends 🫶

Awesome place to stay with fantastic hosts

We had a great family Girls Weekend at Jen’s Farmhouse. Such beautiful and peaceful surroundings with alpacas over the back fence, hens in the hen house, the babbling brook … just what was needed! The Farmhouse was well equipped with anything and everything you’d want for a comfortable stay. The welcome Bubbles and breakfast were appreciated. Highly recommended.

Claudia was a perfect host with clear instructions about the cottage and the general area. When we asked to use the featured fire it was prepared before we arrived and an abundant supply of firewood was provided. I highly recommend The Darlington Cottage for a short stay.

Rachel is super nice and will answer any questions you might have. We lost power due to some rain but otherwise the place was wonderful. The views and nature sounds are the most relaxing sounds imaginable. Will definitely stay again 😁

Thanks Joolie, Willow Cabin for 3 nights was simply perfect! As soon as you arrive and open the red door, the cabin is welcoming inside and out and the view is absolutely spectacular! Sunrise and sunset on the deck with a glass of wine and fire, overlooking the most lush landscape, listening to the birdlife and seeing the resident Wallaby, couldn’t ask for anything more! Plenty to see and do with Lamington National Park only 30 mins away. The cabin had everything and more with such comfy features, thank you I look forward to returning ⭐️ 💞

Everything was amazing however we just found it would’ve been nice to have just a few of the staples, salt, pepper, coffee pods as the machine was provided just no pods. Oh also no cloths or spray and wipe or no vacuum either. But otherwise we loved the place and would definitely book again!

I’ve been trying to think of a word to describe our stay at Clayfield and the only word that I can find to come close is “Magical”. It was truly a magical stay at Clayfield. The most beautiful cottage, surrounded by some of the most picturesque scenery and to really top it off, having chickens and horses pretty much on our doorstep was the icing on the cake (and of course the gorgeous dog, Banjo). Our host Angie has quite literally thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We traveled with a small child and this couldn’t have been a better choice. Best Airbnb we’ve stayed at and we truly can’t wait to come back.

What can I say - Jo’s place blew me away! I had the most relaxing, secluded, balancing stay I could ever have imagined. The place is lovely, so clean and with everything you need. The pool is huge with a view over the buildings of the Gold Coast - magnificent. The spa, well I wanted to stay in there forever! Then there is the wildlife - wallabies, all kinds of incredible Australian birds - such a treat. The bed -divine. Then, the friendly but unobtrusive hospitality of Jo. What can I say. She looked after my little doggie when I went to lunch with friends. Always there for an interesting chat if you feel like one. She is the real deal, so genuine and lovely and goes above and beyond. Truly, do yourself a favour and stay here!

We had the most peaceful and relaxing two nights at Roy’s beautiful property. The house is exactly as described and super clean with really nice little touches like mounted laminate signage on kitchen cupboards and around the home as well as quality soaps, shampoos and shower gels in the bathrooms and some staple items in the pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feed a crowd of 10 if you had the home at full capacity. The fire pit is amazing, and the peaceful ambience of the property is magical. The walk to the bluff was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Roy was so easy to communicate with, always super responsive and just an all round lovely guy. We all loved our time and wished we could stay longer. We would love to return again. You won’t be disappointed if you book this place, and if you’re on the fence about deciding to add one more night to your booking, do it!!! You won’t regret it.

Had a fantastic family Easter break in Palmvale. Kids loved the property, all the space and their Easter egg hunt on the farm!

Easy to communicate and very accommodating. Thoughtful with giving us some extra toys for our kids. Beautiful and modern place!

What a beautiful spot. The retreat has spacious rooms and stunning views of the Gold Coast. The kids loved having a bath and looking out at all the twinkling night lights on the horizon. We enjoyed exploring the gardens and playing out on the grass. A very special place to enjoy Tamborine.
