Surfers Paradise Modern Apartment with Gorgeous River View

Lii,y's place was perfect for our 2 night family catch-up on the GC. Located just across from Surfers pavilion which has half price oysters 4-6pm Monday-Friday. Facilities are great unfortunately the spa and other pool were out of order but there was another pool and a spa in the room (which is a good size). Only 2 blocks from the beach. Close to Cali Beach, craft beer bars and great coffee. We needed a walk in shower as our Mum isn't very mobile and the bathroom suited her needs perfectly. Beds are comfy. Only issue is that only the master bedroom has block-out blinds. The Living room where the twin beds are located the blinds are semi-transparent which is great for enjoying the view but not so great if you want to sleep in Lol. The balcony is a decent size and we enjoyed the evenings having nibbles bought from the Woolies literally downstairs. I definitely recommend this place to stay if you want to be in amongst the action in surfers.

Sonia was an amazing host, always made sure we felt at home and looked after. The bnb was pristine clean, could not spot any dirt or dust or musty smells anywhere! quality sheets and pillows, little details that was so sweet and thoughtful and helpful guest book for local recs! hubby and I found some new places to eat less than 10 mins drive.. like The Oxley for brunch and the best matcha at Bobby Bangs, Franc Jrs for detroit style pizza was delightful and Moomoos restaurant for dinner the customer service was impeccable! highly recommend for places to eat 👌🏽 oh and the pool was divineee! will be eyeing this place again for our next visit xo

We love our stay at Magic Views with beautiful gardens and ocean to look at day and night. Easy access to beach just a minute away. Our 7 yo boy loved his sofa bed. We called it "Transformer bed". Would come back again every year. We love the place and its surroundings.

Great place and views, excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Dean and his team were helpful and responsive to messages. Apartment was clean and enough room for a family of four. Kids also loved the pool area and the hot tub was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Apartment is great, exactly as described, clean and right in the middle of everything, Mona and her team provide a pleasant and easy experience from arrival to departure. Only negatives would be that you have nightclubs and adult entertainment right out front so weekends might be noisy (mid-week was fine), and the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable especially compared to the other beds that are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! Location to food, beach and tram right near the doorstep was perfect.

Thank you for another amazing stay! It was lovely to return after so many years and experience the same warm hospitality. She has a great eye for making the space feel so comfortable, and it truly has everything you need. The location is fantastic—just steps from the beach and close to great local cafés. I’ve had the chance to stay in both rooms, and I can recommend them both: the larger one is perfect for couples, while the other is great if you’re traveling solo, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials.
