The 100 sqm house, for the exclusive use of guests (max 8 people), is located 500 m from the Bug river. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is already a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered veranda of 20m2. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 sleeping places (a bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The house is comfortable for 2 families.

Perfect for walking, running, and cycling. 20 minutes by car to the Liwiec reservoir with a small beach, Liw Castle, and Węgrów with the Twardowski Mirror and hiking trails. Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

The 120 m² house offers everything you need to feel comfortable. The area is extremely quiet, we invite people who like to relax in nature and respect the rules of recreation in the forest. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Living room: 2-person sofa bed, table with 4 chairs, coffee table, chest of drawers, lamp, TV. Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp. Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee marker, basic kitchen utensils, cutlery. I provide bed linen, towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher cubes, washing powder. The area is very quiet, no street noise.

Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
