This detached bungalow is located in the Prinsenhof park. The house is mainly aimed at families who are looking for a place close to the beach to quietly celebrate a vacation. In the garden, you can find a playhouse and a playground. On the terrace, there is a fire pit with firewood from our own garden. You can walk to the dunes in 10 minutes, after which you are at one of the widest beaches in the Netherlands. Along the beaches are several beach clubs that are also open in winter during the weekends.

The spacious house is located at the end of a dead -end . Together with the big and sunny garden makes this place ideal for families with (small) children. There are 3 sleeping rooms , 2 with a double bed ( 140 and 160 cm wide) an one with 2 bunk beds. The living room is overlooking the garden, the kitchen is part of the living room and has all the necessary equipment( dishwasher, microwave/oven, coffee machine). The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

There are also playgrounds, a soccer field, table tennis, tennis court (for a fee) and a playground. The Grevelingen Sea is within walking distance.

Beach house De Lichtboei is located in Ouddorp (South Holland) within walking distance of the beach with all amenities. The beach house is located in the Prinsenhof park. Ouddorp is a real family seaside resort. The beaches (about 25 kilometers long) are clean, quiet, very wide and are awarded every year. Those who cannot sit quietly on the beach can indulge themselves in the immediate vicinity, where there are the kite and windsurfing spots par excellence.
