The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located at the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355 m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
